  • Patent number: 4901204
Abstract: A two-part securing unit wherein the interconnection of the two parts is assured once they are assembled. The securing is useful in securely fixing at least two printed circuit boards in parallel relation, the securing unit being attachable to a chassis or to another form of fixed plate. The two parts of the securing unit are relatively pivotable, whereby the outermost board may be moved to an open state to allow easy repair or inspection. The securing unit is capable of holding the two plates rigidly in the open state, such that repair or inspection may proceed without the necessity of manually supporting the outermost board in its open state.

  • Patent number: 4781488
Abstract: A securing unit for securing at least two different substrates spaced apart at a predetermined distance comprising a first securing portion for securing a first base plate, a second securing portion which forms an arrow shaped head and for securing a second base plate, and a support base portion for supporting said first and second securing portions in which the height of the first securing portion of the securing unit has been remarkably reduced. With this construction, the projection of the first securing portion of the unit is not impaired when removing unnecessary remnants or solder or when cleaning the surface of the first base plate, while the securings of the base plates by the first and second securing portions of the securing unit according to the present invention has been remarkably increased.

  • Patent number: 4631783
Abstract: A holding unit for holding one or a plurality of tools and articles comprising a holding portion having resilient thin plates or segments divided by a plurality of radially extended slits at a predetermined angular distance and arranged in a ring or in an elliptical form, the envelope of the extreme open edge of each segment forming a hole, a mounting portion which may be formed in various different shapes, such as a belt member, one or more resilient detent members, etc. According to one embodiment of the holding unit, when an article to be held is inserted into the hole formed by the envelope of the extreme edge of each thin plate segments divided by the radially extended slits, the article thus inserted is firmly gripped by the periphery of the thin plate segments, thus enabling an article to be held therein or to be removed therefrom.

  • Patent number: 4627760
Abstract: A plate holder adapted to be connected in a mounting hole formed in a mounting plate, in which two holding plates are erected on a base perpendicularly in spaced relation to each other, and outside the holding plates are provided elastic non-return pieces adapted to be elastically retained in the mounting hole of the mounting plate. Such construction permits the plate holder to be used even where there is not much space below a plate to be held, used also as a guide rail and facilitates inspection.

  • Patent number: 4589794
Abstract: A securing unit for mounting a board such as a wiring board or a printed circuit board between securing members formed thereon on the front side. At least one detent member is formed on the rear side of the securing unit so as to be insertable into a mounting hole formed on a fixing plate such as a chassis so as to secure or fix the securing unit. The securing unit comprises a bottom plate, at least one opposed wall formed on the front surface of the bottom plate, at least one holding member formed on the front surface of the bottom plate and located opposite to the opposed wall, and at least one detent member formed on the rear side of the bottom plate so as to resiliently fix the securing unit on the chassis. At least one detent projection is formed on any one of the opposed wall, the holding member, or both the opposed wall and the holding member, respectively, so as to prevent or stop the movement or shift of the board to be inserted.
