    Abstract: There is provided a cover-material fastening clip for connecting a cover material and a cushion material. An engaging part engaged with the cover material. A hook is provided below the engaging part and is formed with: a claw-shaped part engaged with a wire provided in a groove of the cushion material; and a jig receiving part engaged with a jig for separating the hook from the wire. A position at which the jig receiving part is engaged with the jig is located at a side opposite to the engaging part relative to a position at which the hook is engaged with the wire. When the jig is engaged with the jig receiving part and is pulled up, the clip is rotated about the wire and the wire is separated from the claw-shaped part, so that the connection between the cover material and the cushion material is released.

    Abstract: A cover fastening clip includes a locking section that locks with an end member to be locked that is provided on the edge of a cover, and a hook that engages with a wire disposed in a groove of a cushion material. The hook is provided with an extended section that extends down from the locking section and a claw-shaped section, and the locking section is provided with a guide piece. The guide piece extends down along the extended section of the hook, bends at a midway bending section, and extends toward the distal end of the claw-shaped section. A wire insertion opening that has a prescribed gap and into which the wire is inserted is formed by the distal end of the guide piece reaching a location that faces the distal end of the claw-shaped section.

Projections of the first claw and the second claw defines a left-right width of a mouth.     Abstract: There is provided a cover material fastening clip for attaching a cover material to a cushion material. The clip is provided with a locking portion, a hook portion and a guide portion. The hook portion is provided with an extending portion that extends downward from the locking portion, a first hook piece a second hook portion. The guide portion is formed in the locking portion or the extending portion and is located above the first and second hook pieces. A space between a leading end portion of the first hook piece and the guide portion serves as a first insertion opening with a predetermined gap into which the wire is inserted.     Abstract: There is provided a hook-and-loop fastener manufacturing method. Injection molding is performed to form a molded product in which a pillar group and a base plate having a surface from which the pillar group protrudes are integrated into a unified body. A tip part of the pillar group is cut to form a cut product in which a small pillar group shorter than the pillar group and the base plate are integrated into a unified body. A tip part of the small pillar group is melted to form pillar body portions which are non-melted portions and engaging portions which are melted portions and thicker than the pillar body portions from small pillars. The engaging portions are cooled to determine shapes of a plurality of engaging elements including the pillar body portions and the engaging portions.
