  • Publication number: 20080011867
Abstract: According to the present invention, hot water having a desired temperature can be generated in a short time by forcibly mixing low temperature water with high temperature water, the capacity of a hot water storing tank may be a about half of that of a conventional hot water storing tank, and a water heater can be downsized and made lightweight, and the manufacturing cost and installation cost thereof can be saved. A hot water storing tank 1 has a water supply port on a base plate 2B side, and a water supply port 4 on a top plate 2C side. A suction port 14 is formed in the hot water storing tank 1 so as to be positioned at the same height as or lower than the water supply port 3, and a jet port 15 is formed in the hot water storing tank 1 so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the water supply port 3.

  • Patent number: 6296224
Abstract: A form member comprises a strip-shaped main plate portion, which is flat at least on its front surface, a horizontal pair of strip-shaped side plate portions extending from both sides of the main plate portion toward its rear surface perpendicularly to the main plate portion, and a reinforcing plate provided to extend from the rear surface of the main plate portion substantially in parallel with the horizontal pair of side plate portions. Each of the side plate portions and the reinforcing plate includes an enlarged end portion over a prescribed width from its opening end. An end plate body having an engaging portion of a shape for tightly engaging with an end of the form member body engages with this end, to form a single form member. A concrete form member reduced in thickness and weight and enabled to suppress inconvenient deformation in concrete placing can be provided due to this structure.

  • Patent number: 5761874
Abstract: A concrete form spacing fixture comprises a bar type separator having a prescribed length which is provided with a male screw on its end portion, an attachment which is provided with a concave part having an open end and so formed that the open end of the concave part defines an end surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the separator in a state fixed to the end portion of the separator, and a fastening member having a female screw forming part provided with a female screw to be fitted with the male screw of the separator with an outer diameter smaller than an opening diameter of the open end of the concave part of the attachment on an end thereof so that a flange type stop part is provided on a base portion of the female screw forming part. According to this structure, no male screw is inserted in a hole of a form panel, whereby the form panel is prevented from breakage caused by a bite of a thread.

  • Patent number: 5632923
Abstract: An integrally molded concrete molding form member is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic and formed of a long flat front plate portion, a pair of horizontal side plate portions perpendicularly extending from cross-sectional ends of the front plate portion toward its back surface, and a horizontal pair of rear plate portions perpendicularly inwardly extending from forward ends of the side plate portions opposed to the back surface of the front plate portion. Each of the front plate portion, the side plate portions and the rear plate portions is provided with a plurality of mounting holes in the same longitudinal positions at prescribed intervals to facilitate connecting front, side, back, upper and lower surfaces.
