  • Publication number: 20150174800
Abstract: The present invention provides a resin molding method that can produce a molded product that is inexpensive and represents a small linear expansion coefficient, a high degree of resistance to various liquids and an excellent mold releasability as well as a high degree of dimensional accuracy. The resin molding method includes a step of plasticizing thermosetting resin (S2) and injecting the plasticized thermosetting resin into the cavity of a metal mold apparatus (S3), a step of curing the thermosetting resin in the cavity (S4) and a step of opening the mold (S5). The step of opening the mold (S5) is executed when the mold that forms the cavity is at a temperature not lower than the glass transition point Tg of the thermosetting resin.

  • Patent number: 8246157
Abstract: The present invention relates to a printing method, a printing apparatus, and a printed document by which an ink offset can be prevented while securing a sufficient adhesion force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Ink is applied so that, when ink applied to a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet cures, a convex section of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exposed out of the curried ink, thereby printing an image.

  • Publication number: 20090109450
Abstract: An image forming system is provided that uses printing apparatus groups each consisting of a plurality of printing apparatuses. The printing apparatuses hold print heads each provided with nozzles arrayed in a predetermined direction, are arranged two-dimensionally to cooperate with each other in printing rasters extending in the predetermined direction. Two printing apparatus groups are arranged in a medium conveying direction. In forming images in areas divided in the predetermined direction, the printing apparatuses or print heads located on the upstream side and the downstream side are appropriately set to participate in the printing of the same raster. In printing for one divided area, when only one print head is used to reduce electric power consumption or when two print heads are used for faster printing or for higher print quality, a selection is made of a combination of printing apparatuses or print heads that considers the printed image quality.

  • Patent number: 7399059
Abstract: An ink jet printing apparatus having excellent throughput can continue a printing operation without interruption if one or more line heads falls into an unprintable state when the apparatus is printing images of the same color using a plurality of line heads. For this purpose, image data for images of the same color is divided and the divided image data is supplied to such a line head of the plurality of line heads intended to form images of the same color that is capable of ejecting ink properly, so that the ink ejectable line head performs the printing operation according to the supplied image data.
