[Means for Solving] A method for replicating structure comprising the steps of: providing a film-form production tool having a front surface and a back surface, with a reversed shape of structure which is an object to be replicated, on the front surface; applying decompression to the front surface of the film-form production tool; sealing the reversed shape to keep decompression degree applied; filling a composition which is an object to be molded, with applying sufficient fluid pressure, in the reversed shape; and solidifying the object composition and transferring it on a substrate.
