The steel ball seat is provided with a liftable steel ball frame. A side wall of the steel ball frame is provided with a plurality of limit hole. An inner wall of the steel ball seat is provided with a guide ramp. The plurality of limit holes are respectively provided with a plurality of steel balls which are movable radially. When the steel ball frame is lifted or lowered, a radial position of each steel ball in a corresponding limit hole is positioned by the guide ramp.
