  • Publication number: 20240126220
Abstract: A building system including one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed on one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to collect building device data of a building device, generate a time correlated data stream for a data point, and generate a time correlated reliability data stream for the data point. The building device data includes a plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated data stream includes values of the plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated reliability data stream includes a plurality of reliability values time correlated to corresponding values of the plurality of data samples of the data point and indicating reliability of the values of the plurality of data samples of the data point.

  • Publication number: 20240105427
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods and apparatus for depositing a plurality of layers on a large area substrate. In one embodiment, a processing chamber for plasma deposition is provided. The processing chamber includes a showerhead and a substrate support assembly. The showerhead is coupled to an RF power source and a ground and includes a plurality of perforated gas diffusion members. A plurality of plasma applicators is disposed within the showerhead, wherein one plasma applicator of the plurality of plasma applicators corresponds to one of the plurality of perforated gas diffusion members. Further, a DC bias power source is coupled to a substrate support assembly.

  • Patent number: 11938087
Abstract: An intramuscular stimulation needling device for chronic pain relief. The needling device can include a stepper motor, a needle, and a control unit. The needle can poke an affected muscle tissue and driven by a stepper motor in reciprocating manner. In each cycle, the needle moves a pre-determined distance forwardly in a first half cycle and retracts to original position in a second half cycle. The control unit can accelerate of the needle one or more times in the first half cycle at spaced intervals and decrease the velocity in the reverse pattern in the second half cycle.

  • Patent number: 5599850
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing pre-expanded articles of a polyolefin resin wherein a blowing agent is incorporated into the polyolefin resin in an amount of 45 to 90 parts by volume with respect to 100 parts by volume of the resin and the pre-expansion is carried out at a temperature in the range of from Tm -35.degree. C. to Tm -20.degree. C., or a second external pressured gas which facilitate the impregnation efficiency of the blowing agent is further introduced in an amount of expressing an additional pressure more than 10 kg/cm.sup.2 with the blowing agent. Also, the present invention relates to pre-expanded articles of a polyolefin resin produced by the above process.

  • Patent number: 5305315
Abstract: A trunk interface for an ISDN system which uses two different carriers of CEPT and T1. The trunk interface is for use in an apparatus in order to interface with a central office exchange or the other PABX. The trunk interface includes a DIP switch, a primary rate transceiver and a frame aligner in order to support the CEPT and T1. carriers. The trunk interface communicates with the high order level of the system through a serial port of a D channel controller, so that a microprocessor without a special communication module can be utilized in the trunk interface.
