  • Publication number: 20170085700
Abstract: A time-dependent information management system and method for a mobile phone that enable the management of time-related information in consideration of a change of time zone are provided. The method includes registering an event planned to occur at a first local time based on a first time zone together with a reference time calculated from the first local time; if the mobile phone enters into a second time zone, selecting the event in accordance with a key input; and setting the event to occur at a second local time calculated from the reference time. The system and method enable selectively adapting, when a mobile phone moves from a first time zone to a second time zone, times of schedules planned in the first time zone to a local time of second time zone, thereby effectively managing the schedules in multiple time zone-crossing environment.

  • Publication number: 20160329513
Abstract: In an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method for fabricating the same, OLED pixels are patterned through a photolithography process, so a large area patterning can be performed and a fine pitch can be obtained, and an organic compound layer can be protected by forming a buffer layer of a metal oxide on an upper portion of the organic compound layer or patterning the organic compound layer by using a cathode as a mask, improving device efficiency. In addition, among red, green, and blue pixels, two pixels are patterned through a lift-off process and the other remaining one is deposited to be formed without patterning, the process can be simplified and efficiency can be increased.

  • Patent number: 8557585
Abstract: The present invention relates to fusion polynucleotides for biosynthesis of beta-carotene and a method for producing beta-carotene using the same. More particularly, it relates to fusion polynucleotides encoding phytoene synthase, connective sequences of FMDV-derived 2A sequence or internal ribosome entry site (IRES) and carotene desaturase, and a method for producing beta-carotenes using the same. Fusion polynucleotides and the recombinant vector using the same of the present invention have the effect of expression both phytoene synthase gene and carotene desaturase gene stably within cell transformants. Accordingly, fusion polynucleotides of the present invention can be used to regulate the biosynthetic metabolism of plant producing beta-carotene. Furthermore, it can be applied to effectively increase the content of beta-carotene, a useful metabolite.
