  • Patent number: 11985542
Abstract: Techniques are provided for optimizing performance of a multi-link device (MLD). In one embodiment, a controller receives information about a filter response for a first multi-link device (MLD, determines, based on the information about the filter response, a filtering transitional region of the first MLD indicating a range of frequencies where there is energy leakage due to the first MLD device operating in a simultaneous transmission and reception (STR) mode, determines cost metrics for a plurality of channels by identifying a STR and non-STR (NSTR) ratio for each of the plurality of channels, and assigns, based on the filtering transitional region and the cost metrics, a first radio of an access point (AP) to one of the plurality of channels to enable the first MLD to operate in the STR mode when communicating with the first radio.

  • Patent number: 10375970
Abstract: A sausage rolling machine utilizes gravity to reduce costs when rolling a food dough casing around a sausage. A first conveyor rotates in a first direction so as to move a food dough casing toward an edge of the first conveyor. A second conveyor is disposed below the first conveyor. A sausage dispenser dispenses a sausage. A hinged unit is disposed below the sausage dispenser and includes a hinge and a tray portion extending from the hinge. The hinged unit receives the food dough casing that is falling off the edge of the first conveyor when the hinged unit is at rest, initiates wrapping of the food dough casing around the sausage, and rotates the tray portion about the hinge, causing the sausage to roll onto the second conveyor while also causing the sausage to be partially wrapped by the food dough casing.

  • Patent number: 8353742
Abstract: A machine utilizing gravity to reduce costs when rolling a food dough casing around a sausage. The machine includes first, second, and third conveyors, a carrier, and a pusher block. The third conveyor is disposed to one side of the carrier, and is rotatably affixed to a horizontal surface. The second conveyor is rotatably affixed above the third conveyor. The pusher block is disposed to the other side of the carrier, is slidably affixed to the horizontal surface, and pushes the sausage towards the carrier, initially. The first conveyor is rotatably affixed above the pusher block, and conveys the food dough casing initially, and thereafter, the food dough casing falls downwardly by the gravity. The carrier is disposed between the pusher block and the third conveyor, is rotatably affixed to the horizontal surface, and relays a partially food dough cased sausage to between the second conveyor and the third conveyor.

  • Patent number: 5617395
Abstract: A disc loading apparatus for a disc player based on the front loading method is disclosed. Positioning ribs formed on the tray supporting steps of a tray holder are meshed during operation with rib guiding grooves which are formed on the bottom of a tray. Upper and lower carrying rollers which are closely contacted with a guide band, or a carrying gear which is closely contacted with a rack gear revolve in such a manner that the tray would enter into a tray holder stably and precisely, thereby making the tray run fast. Set rollers which are formed on the inside of the tray holder prevent the lifting of the tray, so that the tray would move more stably. Further, the upper and lower carrying rollers which are clad with rubber make the movement of the tray more precise, as well as preventing the generation of noise in the meshing portions.

  • Patent number: 5546836
Abstract: A lathe includes an auxiliary transverse table at an opposite side to a transverse table. The auxiliary transverse table includes an auxiliary tool carrying an abrasive on one end thereof positioned at the opposite side to a machining tool of the transverse table. A workpiece is machined in a high straightness degree since the auxiliary tool of the auxiliary transverse table supports the workpiece on the opposite side to the tool of the transverse table which performs machining the workpiece. In addition, the machining time period as well as the number of machining processes on the workpiece can be reduced since the abrasive on one end of the auxiliary tool gives final touches to the workpiece during machining.

  • Patent number: 4796893
Abstract: The portable golfball teeing device consists of a portable case, the upper portion of which opens into a hopper to receive a bucket of golf balls. The apparatus within the case for separating and singularizing the golf balls consists of a platform at the bottom of the hopper having inclined surfaces leading to a funnel shaped opening in the platform, a rotatable cup located at the bottom of the funnel to receive the golf balls singly, and three blades which are suspended for movement through slits in the platofrm, the blades include an outer parallel pair which move in an arcuate path and a central blade which reciprocates in a vertical path. The blades are interconnected with the cup and move in response to movement of the cup. The cup is rotated by a linear gear, meshing with gear teeth on the cup, which is actuated by a foot pedal that is connected to the gear by a wire. In operation, pressure on the foot pedal rotates the cup to release a ball from the cup down a guide connected to the cup to a tee.
