The image color temperature recording unit time-divides the visual contents according to a color temperature description format, estimates color temperatures of time-divided sections, and records the estimated color temperatures as first metadata. The user preferable color temperature managing unit determines user's preferable color temperatures of the time-divided sections, records the user's preferable color temperatures as second metadata, and outputs the user's preferable color temperatures. The color temperature adjusting unit converts the estimated color temperatures of the first metadata based on the user's preferable color temperatures of the second metadata.
