Patent number: 9763005Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates an acoustic echo cancellation method and system using the same. The acoustic echo cancellation method comprises the following steps. Firstly, a prior-knowledge matrix comprising a plurality of space vectors is built. Then, an initial filter vector is generated by the prior-knowledge matrix and an initial weighting vector. The weighting vector is updated based on the difference of the echo signal and the estimated signal in an iteration algorithm, and the coefficient of the filter vector is updated according to the updated weighting vector. An estimated signal is generated according to the updated filter vector and the original signal. Finally, the next echo signal is cancelled by the near-end estimated signal.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 2014Date of Patent: September 12, 2017Assignee: YUAN ZE UNIVERSITYInventors: Yu Tsao, Shih Hau Fang, Yao Shiao, Yu-Cheng Su, Ying-Ren Chien

Patent number: 9232023Abstract: A method for providing interne services for socialization purposes sends an identity data and a location data to a server. The method further converts the identity data and the location data into a profile status data. The method further retrieves a social organization and a character profile of the identity data and determines whether the character profile satisfies a predetermined condition. The identity data is given an authority for predetermined privileged operations or given a right of organization selection. In another embodiment, the identity data is belongs to a social organization having a territory. The method calculates a movement distance based on the location data and the territory, as well as a length of movement time based on the movement distance and a character profile of the identity data. The length of movement time is proportional to the movement distance but is inversely proportional to the character profile.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2013Date of Patent: January 5, 2016Assignee: Moregeek Entertainment Inc.Inventor: Yu-Cheng Su

Publication number: 20150377887Abstract: This disclosure relates to a method to mimicking the germinal center reaction to generate antibodies with altered binding properties or increased affinity directly in hybridomas. To allow convenient and rapid affinity maturation of antibodies, a controllable activation-induced cytidine deaminase (AID) expression system to induce somatic hypermutation in hybridomas is developed. Selection of high affinity antibodies is achieved by fluorescence-activated cell sorting of hybridomas that preferentially bind fluorescence-labeled antigens. The disclosure also relates to de novo generation of hybridomas with tunable antibody affinity by generating myeloma fusion partners with controllable AID expression.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 27, 2014Publication date: December 31, 2015Inventors: Yu-Cheng Su, Steve R. Patent number: 5867881Abstract: A procedure for the installation of clean room processing tools which require rough pumping equipment located in areas outside of the clean room. Instead of simultaneously installing and testing the pumping equipment and the processing tool, the pumping equipment is installed first along with its associated support services. Foreline piping, terminating in the proximity of the processing tool vacuum port is also installed and capped off at this time. Functional testing and qualification of the rough pumping equipment is done and then the processing tool is moved into place and connected to the pumping line on the clean room floor. This independent and sequential installation procedure reduces perturbations of on-going manufacturing activity in the clean room area and also minimizes the risk of costly damage to the processing tool by faulty, un-tested, pumping equipment.Type: GrantFiled: October 14, 1997Date of Patent: February 9, 1999Assignee: Vanguard International Semiconductor CorporationInventors: Cheng-Chang Hung, Horng-Jong Wang, Yu-Cheng Su
