The active device is connected to the scan line and the data line. The pixel electrodes are arranged in an array. The signal electrode layer includes signal electrodes. The signal transmission layer includes a signal line disposed between two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes and electrically connected to one of the signal electrodes. The data line includes at least a portion located outside of the signal line.
