  • Publication number: 20090001205
Abstract: A cutter device for a crushing machine includes a main body and plural cutter bodies. The main body is composed of plural rollers arranged continuously together. Each roller has its diametrical circumference formed with at least one flat cut surface formed integral with a cutter base with a fixing hole. Each roller has its diametrical circumferential side provided with a rib, and each cutter body has its cutting side disposed with four curved blade edges extending toward the center to form a projection, letting the cross section of the cutter body formed with a double-curved surface and thus thickening the cutter body and prolonging its service life. The cutter body can be secured on the cutter base by a fastener, convenient in disassembling and replacing the cutter bodies with new ones.

  • Patent number: 6523751
Abstract: A scanning apparatus used in a barcode device includes an anchor frame, a twist means located in the anchor frame and a driving means located on two sides of the twist means. The twist means includes a formed member made from a material of high elasticity coefficient such as silicon rubber or rubber. When the driving means is magnetized and generates a magnetic force to produce a corresponding force against a magnetic element, the formed member is twisted. When the magnetic force is absent, the formed member will turn in an opposite direction because of counter reaction force and the inertia thereof, and thereby concentrically turn a reflection element located thereon for projecting light to the barcode of an object to be scanned.

  • Patent number: 6526076
Abstract: For each channel in a parallel channel optical array, a diffractive optical arrangement (DOA) includes an input region that is configured to pass a first portion of an input beam to an output region for data transmissions and to diffract and direct a second portion to a detection region for monitoring. The input region includes the diffractive features of a computer generated hologram (CGH) or a grating for diffracting. Alternatively, the input region is coupled to the CGH or grating. Moreover, the DOA includes at least one reflective region for redirecting the second portion. In one embodiment, the DOA includes a separate active surface for each channel of the array. Alternatively, the DOA has a singular active surface that is positioned to interact with all the channels. Optical power output from the second portion is monitored to generate feedback signals for adjusting the input current to each laser. Additionally, optical power output from sensed temperature is monitored to generate feedback signals.

  • Publication number: 20020158132
Abstract: An improved filter for barcode scanner comprises: a glass layer, a first filter layer plated on an outer surface of the glass layer and a second filter layer plated on an inner surface of the glass layer. When the barcode image light of an object reflects to the first filter layer, the first filter layer will filter out successively the mixed light contained in the image light, and allows only red light to pass through the glass layer. Then the red light enters the second filter layer which filters out again successively the residual mixed light escaped from the first filter layer and results in a pure red light to enter the front end apparatus for the sensor means in the front end apparatus to read accurately.

  • Patent number: 6439460
Abstract: An instant synchronous automatic gain control apparatus for a barcode reading device includes a sensor unit, a current amplification unit, a first stage amplification unit, a buffer stage amplification unit, a signal pickup amplification unit, a second stage amplification unit, a third stage amplification unit, a signal output amplification unit, a signal isolation match unit, and a signal rectification unit. When the barcode reading device receives a weak signal, the apparatus will process the signal and gain control synchronously and transmits desired digital signals to a microprocessor (CPU) or decoder circuit for processing.

  • Publication number: 20020074410
Abstract: An improvement of scanning apparatus for barcode device includes a scanning means, a light collection means and a sensor means. The light collection means is located in front of the scanning means. The sensor means is located at the incident angle focus distance of the incident light resulting from the reflection light projecting on the light collection means. The projection light of the scanning means, and the incident light resulting from the light collection means and the sensor means are located at same optical path. Hence there is no angle deviation and may greatly increase barcode reading distance.

  • Publication number: 20020075684
Abstract: A projecting light device of a bar code scanner comprises a laser diode, a focusing lens in front of the laser diode, a light shield in front of the focusing lens, and a flat bottom convex lens in front of the light shield. A round hole is formed on the light shield. This round hole serves to confine the size of the light point by focusing the elliptical parallel light beam through the focusing lens so as to output a small round light point. A flat bottom convex lens is positioned in front of light shield for shaping the round small light point from the light shield to be formed as a long light point for being outputted. This long light point does not deform with a distance as a light passes through a slit.

  • Patent number: 6382512
Abstract: A signal reading control apparatus for barcode scanner comprises a Decoder and a laser engine. The laser engine includes an Analog circuit, a Tone Decoder, a Time Delay, a Flip Flop, an Oscillation circuit, a judging circuit, a scanner structure, a laser beam output, and a light detect sensor. When the button key of the barcode scanner is pressed, the scanner structure is not activated temporarily. Instead, a constant frequency oscillation wave is applied on a laser diode which emits photo points in an oscillating fashion. When a scanning object enters the readable range, the light detect sensor of the barcode scanner will receive a reflection signal of same frequency as the one applied on the photo points. When the signal frequency is same as the one emitting by the laser diode, it is confirmed that the object has entered the readable range.

  • Patent number: 6382509
Abstract: A signal reading control method for barcode scanner that does not activate the scanner structure temporarily when the button key of the barcode scanner is pressed, and applies a constant frequency wave on a laser diode for the same to emit photo points at an oscillating fashion. When an object enters the readable range, the light detect sensor of the barcode scanner receives reflection light signal which has same frequency as the one applied on the photo points. The signal frequency is also same as the one emitted by the laser diode thereby may confirm the object has entered in the readable range. The laser photo points project on the barcode of the object and the barcode scanner converts the laser diode to constant current driving and activates the scanner structure to make the laser points to become a scanning line for reading the barcode.
