    Abstract: A power supply circuit is provided. The power factor correction (PFC) circuit is used to perform a power factor correction according to a first voltage to generate an intermediate voltage. The first storage capacitor is used to store a first electrical energy related to the intermediate voltage. The boost conversion circuit is connected to the PFC circuit and used to generate an output voltage according to the intermediate voltage. The boost conversion circuit includes a first post-stage inductor, a first post-stage diode and a first post-stage transistor. The second storage capacitor is used to store a second electrical energy related to the output voltage. The capacitance value of the second storage capacitor is less than the capacitance value of the first storage capacitor; the first electrical energy is completely or partially transferred as the second electrical energy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-state one-time programmable (MSOTP) memory circuit including a memory cell and a programming voltage driving circuit. The memory cell includes a MOS storage transistor, a first MOS access transistor and a second MOS access transistor electrically connected to store two bits of data. When the memory cell is in a writing state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a writing control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor, and when the memory cell is in a reading state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a reading control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for a flexible substrate having thermal yellowing resistance. The composition for the flexible substrate comprises a polymer (A), an inorganic oxide particle (B), a silane compound containing an amino group (C) and a solvent (D). The polymer (A) is selected from the group consisting of a polyamic acid resin, a polyimide resin and any combination thereof. The polymer (A) is obtained by reacting a mixture that includes a tetracarboxylic dianhydride component and a diamine component. In a preferred embodiment, the polyamic acid resin and polyimide resin are prepared from a bicyclic alicyclic tetracarboxylic dianhydride or a fluorine containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride compound. In another embodiment, a polydiorganosiloxane having from 2 to 11 Si atoms and having terminal amine groups is included in the composition.
