    Abstract: A memory device includes a memory array having a plurality of memory cells. Each memory cell of the plurality of memory cells includes a substrate having a front side and a back side with a transistor of the memory cell being formed on the front side and the back side being opposite of the front side, a first interconnect layer on the front side to provide a bit line of the memory cell, a second interconnect layer on the front side to provide a word line of the memory cell, a third interconnect layer on the back side to provide a supply voltage to the memory cell and a fourth interconnect layer on the back side to provide a ground voltage to the memory cell, widths of the bit line and the word line being chosen to reduce current-resistance drop.

The medication association between one or more diagnoses and one or more corresponding medications recorded in a medical record is determined through an evaluating model. The evaluating model is trained through a machine learning algorithm. Multiple medication categories are integrated into the medical record based on the medication association. The medication includes one or both of a first medication and a second medication. The medication categories include an explained category related to the first medication with higher medication association and an unexplained category related to the second medication with lower medication association. A medication list interface presenting the medical record with multiple medication categories is provided. Accordingly, the medication history would be structured, grouped, and visual-encoded, so as to provide an intuitive medication list.

The first CVD process includes a first hydrogen gas flow. The method also includes depositing a titanium nitride layer over the insulating structure with a second CVD process. The second CVD process includes a second hydrogen gas flow. The first and second CVD processes are performed in a single reaction chamber and a flow rate of the first hydrogen gas flow is higher than a flow rate of the second hydrogen gas flow.

    Abstract: A neural network is used to place macros on a chip canvas in an integrated circuit (IC) design. The macros are first clustered into multiple macro clusters. Then the neural network generates a probability distribution over locations on a grid and aspect ratios of a macro cluster. The grid represents the chip canvas and is formed by rows and columns of grid cells. The macro cluster is described by at least an area size, aspect ratios, and wire connections. Action masks are generated for respective ones of the aspect ratios to block out a subset of unoccupied grid cells based on design rules that optimize macro placement. Then, by applying the action masks on the probability distribution, a masked probability distribution is generated. Based on the masked probability distribution, a location on the grid is selected for placing the macro cluster with a chosen aspect ratio.
