The intelligent input method comprises the following steps. Firstly, a touch input is received through an input interface of an input device. The plural control areas are respectively correlated with plural input functions of the input device. The intelligent input method allows the user to input or select a target object or browse a web page or operate any graphical user interface containing randomly-distributed objects in an electronic device such as an intelligent TV or a digital multimedia player. Consequently, the target object can be selected and inputted in an intelligent, quick and intuitive manner.

    Abstract: The invention provides a flake and method for reducing waste heat using water produced when an air conditioner operates and thereby heat exchange efficiency can increase. Accordingly, an energy-saving effect can be achieved. The flake is placed at an inner bottom side of the air conditioner and between a condenser fan and a condenser coil. When the condenser fan operates, wind power created by the condenser fan has a portion blowing toward the flake, and then blowing toward underlying water, produced when the air conditioner operates, along the flake such that the water can move to the condenser coil and cool the condenser coil. Thereby, the temperature of discharged waste heat can be reduced. When the condenser coil cools, heat exchange efficiency increases. Accordingly, an indoor cooling effect can be improved and an energy-saving effect can be achieved.

There are a max pixel value and a min pixel value among the raw pixel values of the image. A first difference sum, which is sum of differences between the raw pixel values and the max pixel value respectively, are calculated. A second difference sum, which is sum of differences between the raw pixel values and the min pixel value respectively, are calculated. If the first difference sum is not smaller than the second difference sum, each of the residue values is calculated by subtracting the min pixel value from the corresponding raw pixel value. Otherwise, each of the residue values is calculated by subtracting the corresponding raw pixel value from the max pixel value. Each of the residue values is encoded into a compressed codeword. A bit stream is generated according to the compressed codewords.
