    Abstract: An construction method of an embryonic chromosome signal library is provided. The construction method comprises obtaining an embryo and performing whole-genome amplification and next-generation sequencing to obtain a first chromosome signal; mapping the first chromosome signal to a chromosome reference signal to obtain a second chromosome signal; dividing the second chromosome signal within a predetermined interval range to obtain a third chromosome signal; and performing a regression correction on the sequencing read count (RC) of the third chromosome signal to obtain an embryonic chromosome signal library. Furthermore, a detection method and system of embryonic chromosomes are also provided. Thereby, the information comparison of the embryo chromosome signal library is used to determine whether the pre-implantation embryo is abnormal or not to achieve pre-implantation chromosome screening of pre-implantation embryos.

The actuating device includes a spring coil and a connecting member defining a second touch portion which is urged by the spring coil to contact with the first touch portion.     Abstract: An optical connector includes an insultive housing, and an optical module disposed on the insulative housing. The insulative housing has a top surface, a bottom surface, a cavity and a number of slim slots recessed from the bottom surface. The slim slots extend along a front to back direction and located behind the cavity. The optical module has a base received in the cavity and a number of fibers retained on the base and extending along a front to back direction. Each fiber has a coupling portion retained in the base, a positioning portion behind the coupling portion, and a connecting portion backwardly extending out of the insulative housing. The positioning portions are respectively positioned in the slim slots for holding the base to prevent the base from overly moving along a transverse direction.

    Abstract: The invention is to provide a navigating method and system for drilling operation in spinal surgery. The method and system is applied to the subjects who receive pedicle insertion operation in spinal surgery. The specific vertebras are under radiography using X-ray machine at both anterior/posterior and lateral views. These imaging are then transmitted into a computer system for image distortion correction and registration. By drawing the safety regions of the pedicle on the indicated vertebra in both AP and Lat. images, three-dimensional safety volumes of the pedicle of the vertebra are developed by intersection operation. Therefore, prior to and during the clinical spine operation, surgeons are able to safe navigation by referring the referential orientation via the developed system.
