  • Publication number: 20240152032
Abstract: A dynamic aperture module includes a blade set and a driving portion. The blade set includes a plurality of blades, which are disposed around an optical axis to form a light through hole and rotatable for adjusting the light through hole. The driving portion includes a rotating element, at least one magnet and at least one coil. The rotating element corresponds to the blades and is configured to drive the blades to rotate, so that a dimension of the light through hole is variable. The magnet includes four polarities. The polarities of the magnet are relatively distributed along a direction surrounding the optical axis and a direction parallel to the optical axis, respectively. The coil corresponds to the magnet, and one of the magnet and the coil is disposed on the rotating element. The magnet and the coil are disposed along the direction parallel to the optical axis.

  • Patent number: 10802296
Abstract: An optical lens for vision correction includes a first image fusion area centered on a visual axis (L) of the eye (E) of a user and including a plurality of first dioptric portions randomly arranged around the first image fusion area and fused to have a first diopter (N), and a second image fusion area connected to and surrounds the first image fusion area and including a plurality of second dioptric portions randomly arranged around the second image fusion area and fused to have a second diopter (M). The first diopter |N| is smaller than the second diopter |M|. The longest width of each of the first and second dioptric portions relative to the visual axis (L) is smaller than 200 nanometers.

  • Patent number: 6988800
Abstract: A toric contact lens incorporating meniscus-shaped top and bottom flattened zones for dynamic stabilization comprises a convex outer surface and a concave inner surface. The lens has a central optic zone, a top meniscus-shaped flattened zone formed between upper edge of the optic zone and upper edge of the convex outer surface, and a bottom meniscus-shaped flattened zone between lower edge of the optic zone and lower edge of the convex outer surface, where a left intersection and a right intersection are formed by said top flattened zone intersecting said bottom flattened zone on both sides, which in turn form a plurality of horizontal positional lines each.

  • Patent number: 6939118
Abstract: A molding apparatus for generating toric contact lenses, comprises a convex inserter, a front convex inserter carrier, a rear convex inserter carrier, and a first and a second fasteners. The convex inserter, used to form a convex outer surface of toric contact lens, has positioning lines on its convex head. It is embedded in the front convex inserter carrier which also has positioning lines on its upper brim, jointing with the convex inserter, and an angle pointing line on its cylindrical surface. A first fastener is used to helically tighten the convex inserter to the front convex inserter carrier while a second fastener joining the front convex inserter carrier with the rear convex inserter carrier. The front convex inserter carrier is embedded in the rear convex inserter carrier which has a number of lines representing angles of astigmatism on its cylindrical surface.
