    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods for the formation of high-voltage nano-sheet transistors and low-voltage gate-all-around transistors on a common substrate. The method includes forming a fin structure with first and second nano-sheet layers on the substrate. The method also includes forming a gate structure having a first dielectric and a first gate electrode on the fin structure and removing portions of the fin structure not covered by the gate structure. The method further includes partially etching exposed surfaces of the first nano-sheet layers to form recessed portions of the first nano-sheet layers in the fin structure and forming a spacer structure on the recessed portions. In addition, the method includes replacing the first gate electrode with a second dielectric and a second gate electrode, and forming an epitaxial structure abutting the fin structure.

The second metal wall is provided with an opening. The accommodating slots are in communication with the mating cavity through the opening. Each signal terminal has a main body portion and an elastic arm. The main body portion is wrapped by an insulating member. The elastic arm is accommodated in a corresponding accommodating slot. The elastic arm includes a contact portion. The opening is reserved for the contact portion such that the contact portion enters the mating cavity. The insulating blocks pass forward beyond the rear wall. The insulating blocks are accommodated in the accommodating slots.

    Abstract: A rotation exercising ball structure includes two shells, two pivot seats, two holding members, a weight unit, a first housing, a second housing, and a PCB (printed circuit board). The two shells are combined together to construct a hollow ball. The weight unit includes a mandrel pivotally connected with the hollow ball, two magnets secured to the mandrel, at least one rotation member connected with the mandrel, and a weight connected with the at least one rotation member. The PCB is electrically connected with a Bluetooth transmission device which is electrically connected with a Hall sensor. When the mandrel is rotated, the Hall sensor detects rotation of the magnets and sends information of rotation of the magnets to the PCB, and the PCB processes and transmits the information to the Bluetooth transmission device.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a multilayer treadmill walking board assembly includes preparing a plurality of components, mixing and stirring the components to form a composite material, heating the composite material to a temperature of 140-160° C., cooling the composite material to a temperature of 80-85° C. so that the composite material is disposed at a thick state, applying the composite material on a top face of a support board, to form a coating on the support board, solidifying the coating during a time interval of 2-5 minutes, rapidly cooling the coating to a temperature of 20-30° C., with the composite material producing a stepwise multilayer deposit, thereby serially forming the wear-resistant layer, the lubricating layer, and the antistatic layer from bottom to top, and solidifying the coating to form a product.
