    Abstract: A computer enclosure includes a chassis (10), a disk drive bracket (20) secured in the chassis, and a power supply box (30) pivotally attached to the disk drive bracket. The disk drive bracket includes a pair of sidewalls (24) oppositely. A limiting guide slot (241) and a pivot guide slot (243) are defined in each of the sidewalls. The power supply box includes a pivot post (33) and a sliding post (31) formed on each side thereof. Each of the sliding guide slot and pivot guide slot includes an entrance portion for slidably receiving the sliding post and the pivot post into the sliding guide slot and the pivot guide slot respectively. The sliding guide slot includes an arc-shaped sliding portion to allow the sliding post sliding therealong such that the box is pivotable with respect to the bracket about the pivot post.

    Abstract: A computer enclosure includes a chassis with an opening defined therein, an elastic piece, a first drive bracket secured in the chassis, and a second drive bracket. One end of the elastic piece is secured to the chassis adjacent the opening, and the other end of the elastic piece is free and forms a protrusion thereon. The second drive bracket defines a hole therein corresponding to the protrusion. The second drive bracket extends through the opening from an outside of the chassis to pull the protrusion and elastically bend the elastic piece, and then slides on the first drive bracket until the protrusion of the elastic piece is in alignment with the hole of the first drive bracket, the elastic piece rebounds to have the protrusion inserted into the hole to secure the second drive bracket on the first drive bracket.

A blocking tab laterally protrudes from the side wall of the drive bracket. The latch member includes a base and an elastic arm, and an angle is defined therebetween. The elastic arm resists against the blocking tab of the drive bracket to shrink the angle and force the base to abut on the carrying board and be sandwiched between the blocking member and the side wall of the drive bracket.

    Abstract: A mounting apparatus is provided for securing a data storage device. The data storage device has two opposite side walls. Each side wall forms a pair of posts. The mounting apparatus includes a chassis, a bracket mounted in the chassis for accommodating the data storage device, and a latch member pivotally mounted to the bracket. A plurality of slots is defined in one side wall of the bracket for receiving the posts of the data storage device. The latch member includes a base. An elastic arm and a hook extend from the base. The elastic arm resists against the chassis to urge the hook partially covering one of the mounting slots for preventing a corresponding post received in the mounting slot disengaging therefrom. The latch member is being pressable to depress the elastic arm and remove the hook away from the mounting slot thereby release the corresponding post.

During engaging of the latching tab in the through hole of the base, the latching tab presses against an edge of the though hole. The bracket is thereby driven to slide forward on the base, with the post engaging in the guiding groove of the securing member. The bracket is thus secured to the base.

In use, the post (19) gets through the hole (13) in the base (11) and touches the switch of the electronic device.
