  • Publication number: 20240087955
Abstract: A method and apparatus for forming tungsten features in semiconductor devices is provided. The method includes exposing a top opening of a feature formed in a substrate to a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process to deposit a tungsten liner layer within the feature. The PVD process is performed in a first processing region of a first processing chamber and the tungsten liner layer forms an overhang portion, which partially obstructs the top opening of the feature. The substrate is transferred from the first processing region of the first processing chamber to a second processing region of a second processing chamber without breaking vacuum. The overhang portion is exposed to nitrogen-containing radicals in the second processing region to inhibit subsequent growth of tungsten along the overhang portion. The feature is exposed to a tungsten-containing precursor gas to form a tungsten fill layer over the tungsten liner layer within the feature.

  • Patent number: 11165209
Abstract: An assembling structure for a conductive plate of a handheld power tool has a battery having a casing, a circuit board, an adapter, and multiple conductive plates. The circuit board, the adapter and the conductive plates are all located in the casing. The adapter is mounted on a top surface of the circuit board, and has multiple adapting grooves. The conductive plates are mounted in the adapting grooves of the adapter respectively, and are electrically connected to the circuit board. By mounting the adapter on the top surface of the circuit board and mounting the conductive plates in the adapting grooves of the adapter respectively, the conductive plates and the circuit board are able to be combined and fixed together by the adapter without the welding progress, which reduces the consumable cost, the labor cost, and the time consumption.

  • Publication number: 20200235356
Abstract: A buckling structure for a battery of a handheld power tool has a handheld seat and a battery. The battery has a buckling assembly having a buckling component and a pressing component. The buckling component selectively buckles the handheld seat and forms an abutting slope. The pressing component forms a pressing slope. The pressing slope slidably abuts the abutting slope. When a user presses, the pressing slope pushes the abutting slope and makes the buckling component move downward. So the buckling structure can prevent direct manual pressing on the spring and further save effort by the two sliding slopes. Besides, the direction of the pressing force is parallel to the detaching direction of the handheld seat or the battery so the buckling structure will not generate unnecessary friction between the handheld seat and the battery. Therefore, the detaching progress becomes smoother.

  • Patent number: 10696851
Abstract: Intercalation pastes for use with semiconductor devices are disclosed. The pastes contain precious metal particles, intercalating particles, and an organic vehicle and can be used to improve the material properties of metal particle layers. Specific formulations have been developed to be screen-printed directly onto a dried metal particle layer and fired to make a fired multilayer stack. The fired multilayer stack can be tailored to create a solderable surface, high mechanical strength, and low contact resistance. In some embodiments, the fired multilayer stack can etch through a dielectric layer to improve adhesion to a substrate. Such pastes can be used to increase the efficiency of silicon solar cells, specifically multi- and mono-crystalline silicon back-surface field (BSF), and passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) photovoltaic cells. Other applications include integrated circuits and more broadly, electronic devices.

  • Patent number: 10232429
Abstract: A mandrel-pulling distance sensing assembly of an electric rivet gun is mounted in a barrel of a housing and has a stationary seat, a moving seat, two magnetic elements separately fixed on the stationary seat, and a Hall effect sensor fixed on the moving seat. The moving seat is driven by a driving assembly of the electric rivet gun and is movable relative to the stationary seat. While the Hall effect sensor moves along with the moving seat between the two magnetic elements, the Hall effect sensor detects a changing magnetic field and produces and outputs a changing voltages to a control unit to allow the control unit to operate the driving assembly according to the changing voltages. Thus, the moving seat can be accurately positioned and moving ranges of a snapping device that is driven by the driving assembly can be accurately controlled.

  • Patent number: 10141678
Abstract: A charging device has a casing, a connector, and a supporting frame. The casing has a seat and a cover detachably deposited on the seat. The connector is connected to the casing and is deposited in the casing between the seat and the cover. The supporting frame is connected to the casing and abuts against the connector to hold the connector between the casing and the supporting frame. When the connector of the charging device needs maintenance or replacement, the supporting frame is detached from the cover and the connector is separated from the cover by a pushing force from an outer side to an inner side of the cover to replace a new connector. After replacement with the new connector, the supporting frame is connected to the cover again to finish the maintenance operation. The charging device may be detached and maintained easily.
