    Abstract: A public transport vehicle charging system is applied to multiple charging stations and an electric vehicle. The public transport vehicle charging system includes a server communicatively connected to the charging stations and the electric vehicle. The server is configured to establish a charging decision model according to multiple historical conditions and a transport schedule. The server is configured to calculate multiple ideal decisions according to the historical conditions and the transport schedule, so as to adjust multiple parameters in the charging decision model. When the electric vehicle drives toward a first charging station according to the transport schedule, the server is configured to input a current condition into the charging decision model, so as to selectively charge the electric vehicle by the first charging station. The current condition includes a current remaining power and a current position of the electric vehicle.

    Abstract: A light-emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes following steps. First, an LED wafer is provided. The LED wafer includes a substrate and a light-emitting semiconductor stacking structure positioned on the surface of the substrate. The light-emitting semiconductor stacking structure includes a first type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second type semiconductor layer from a side of the substrate. Second, dicing lanes are defined on the upper surface of the LED wafer. Third, dicing is performed along the dicing lanes of the substrate using a laser. The laser is focused on the lower surface of the substrate to form a surface hole and focused inside the substrate to form an internal hole. The diameter of the surface hole is greater than the diameter of the internal hole. Fourth, the LED wafer is separated into LED chips along the dicing lanes.

    Abstract: A unidirectional clutch device has a driving board, multiple permanent magnets, and multiple clutching elements. The driving board has an axle hole and multiple holding recesses. The holding recesses are defined in the driving board and are arranged around and communicate with the axle hole. Each holding recess has a long end having a radial width and a narrow end having a radial width smaller than that of the long end. The permanent magnets are mounted on the driving board and are located at positions adjacent to the narrow ends of the holding recesses. The clutching elements are rotatably mounted respectively in the holding recesses and are made of a magnetically conductive material. Each clutching element is moveable in a corresponding one of the holding recesses toward the narrow end of the corresponding holding recess by an attraction of a corresponding one of the permanent magnets.

    Abstract: A method for forming narrow line width silicide having reduced sheet resistance is disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: firstly, providing a semiconductor substrate, whereon there formed at least a source/drain region and a gate region, as well as a spacer formed on a sidewall of the gate region; then, depositing a titanium metal layer overlying the semiconductor substrate and the resulting structure; next, carrying out rapid thermal processing and RCA cleaning to form a first titanium silicide layer; consequentially, forming a selective polysilicon layer over the first titanium silicide layer; and, depositing a second titanium metal layer over the selective polysilicon layer and overlying the exposed surface of spacer; finally, carrying out rapid thermal processing and RCA cleaning once again to form a second titanium silicide layer. The overall thickness of titanium silicide is depending on the requiring resistance of titanium silicide under a certain line width.

    Abstract: An apparatus for loading wafers into horizontal quartz tube, the apparatus includes a base plate, holding plate, trolley main body and two supporting bases. The base plate has a plurality of stages, which is lifted by a loading rod and fixed atop thereon, for placing wafers. The holding plate has a plurality of fixing screws and altitude adjusting screws for supporting the base plate and changing an altitude of the base plate to match an altitude of wafer boat. The trolley main body, which supports the holding plate by supporting pillars, provides with a plurality of position holes for carrying the holding plate and moving the base plte. The two supporting bases are connected by a solid plate, whose both ends are respectively attached at hollows formed at the middle of each of the two supporting bases. The two supporting bases are provided with a pair of slide bearings on either side of the solid plate.
