    Abstract: A public transport vehicle charging system is applied to multiple charging stations and an electric vehicle. The public transport vehicle charging system includes a server communicatively connected to the charging stations and the electric vehicle. The server is configured to establish a charging decision model according to multiple historical conditions and a transport schedule. The server is configured to calculate multiple ideal decisions according to the historical conditions and the transport schedule, so as to adjust multiple parameters in the charging decision model. When the electric vehicle drives toward a first charging station according to the transport schedule, the server is configured to input a current condition into the charging decision model, so as to selectively charge the electric vehicle by the first charging station. The current condition includes a current remaining power and a current position of the electric vehicle.

    Abstract: The plastic formwork includes a main member made of polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent mixed together, where the main member has a number of channels inside and the channels are sealed by caps. To produce the plastic formwork, polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent are stirred, heated, and melted together, and the mixture is driven through a mesh forming machine to produce the main member. Finally, caps are attached to the main member to seal the channels. The manufacturing process allows convenient, precise, and uniform addition of materials, thereby improving production efficiency and product stability. The formwork provides fire retardation, heat isolation, sound proof, water tightness, and reusability. Additionally, cement paste is prevented from flowing into the main member, thereby avoiding the breeding of bugs and molds.

    Abstract: A plastic form and its manufacturing process are disclosed. The process involves a single-screw extruder and a twin-screw extruder in mixing a first material and a second material, and a hydraulic distributor evenly distributing the first and second materials to a mesh forming machine to produce the plastic form. The plastic form has a mesh structure by a first piece, a second piece, multiple first partitions, at least a second partition, multiple channels. The first and second materials respectively include at least one of PP particles, PE particles, PC particles, PA particles, ABS resin particles, fiberglass particles, and stone powder, in accordance with application requirement. The plastic form has advantages such as high structural strength, impact resistance, adhesion, hardness, anti-skidding, and flame retarding. As recycled materials are used, the plastic form is also inexpensive and environmentally friendly.
