  • Patent number: 7230824
Abstract: A clip-on hanger for electrical data storage and retrieval devices, which facilitates rapid installation and removal of a data storage and retrieval device, is disclosed by the present invention. The clip-on hanger includes a plate body, which has an inserting tab formed on its end, a hanger portion formed on the opposing end, expanding rail springs disposed on the top and the opposing bottom of plate body; a fixing member assembled onto the plate body; and a movable locking clamp member installed on the hanger portion of the plate body. By utilizing the clip of the fixing member, the clip-on hangers can be quickly and easily mounted onto the both side surfaces of the data storage and retrieval device without changing any configuration or structure of the data storage and retrieval device. This assembly can be slid into and secured inside a receptive mount without using any screw components. The receptive mount can be further installed into a computer.

  • Publication number: 20060002075
Abstract: An integrated removable rack compartment is capable of incorporating two or more electrical devices and can be easily and quickly install into or detach from a desktop computer or an electrical instrument. A first storage space and a second storage apace of the integrated removable rack compartment are formed, via bending a metal plate several times, in order to receive various electrical devices with different functions, specifications, and dimensions. Various connecting portions and mount components are utilized in the present invention to secure the electrical devices into the integrated removable rack compartment, and to secure the integrated removable rack compartment into the chassis of a computer or a electrical instrument.

  • Publication number: 20060003606
Abstract: A signal transmission port structure for computers utilized to provide the signal transmission module and the motherboard a “board to board” connection, by which a computer can proceed signal transmission with peripheral devices. The signal transmission port structure includes one or more primary connecting member and one or more secondary connecting member which are mounted correspondingly and respectively on the motherboard or the signal transmission module circuit board. When compared with the conventional art, which requires screwing the signal transmission module onto the chassis and plugging the connectors of ribbon cables into their corresponding receptacles of the motherboard, the present invention is much more convenient for the installation of signal transmission ports and the replacement of electrical components.

  • Publication number: 20050206281
Abstract: A positioning structure for clasping computer front panel, mainly comprising a front panel and a computer case, is disclosed. The front panel includes a rectangular casing body provided with two first vertical fasteners and two second horizontal fasteners extending backward from the rear side of this casing body, respectively. Moreover, locking grooves corresponding to the fasteners are openly provided on a front plate of the computer case to provide a mounting connection for the fasteners of the front panel. Thereby, a multi-directional positioning structure of the front panel for the improvement of mounting easiness and fastening reliability thereof is achieved by means of the fastening of the fasteners, provided on the front panel, into the locking grooves, provided on the computer case.
