An orthographic projection of the at least one second electrode on the substrate covers an orthographic projection of the pixel define layer and the plurality of first electrodes on the substrate and the at least one second electrode is electrically connected to the metal connection layer.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for reducing Peak Average Power Ratio (PAPR) in signal transmissions are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes determining, for an input sequence, an output sequence. The output sequence corresponds to an output of a convolutional modulation between a set of coefficients and an intermediate sequence. The intermediate sequence is generated by inserting N zero coefficients between coefficients of the input sequence. The number of non-zero coefficients in the set of coefficients is based on N, N being a positive integer. Values of the non-zero coefficients correspond to values between 0 to ?/2 to reduce a peak to average power ratio of the output sequence. The method also includes generating a waveform using the output sequence.

Each non-zero coefficient of the set of coefficients is inserted between a first adjacent coefficient and a second adjacent coefficient. Each non-zero coefficient has a power that is between a first power of the first adjacent coefficient and a second power of the second adjacent coefficient and a phase value between a first phase value of the first adjacent coefficient and a second phase value of the second adjacent coefficient. The method also includes generating a waveform using the output sequence.

    Abstract: A system having a first polymer source and a spin beam in fluid communication with the first polymer source is provided. The spin beam includes a spinneret assembly having filament nozzles configured and arranged to extrude a plurality of filaments of a first polymer. A gas distribution plate is disposed downstream of the spinneret assembly, and includes a plurality of gas distribution slots that are configured and arranged to receive two or more corresponding filament nozzles of the spinneret assembly therein. A stream of gas is introduced into the plurality of slots to draw and attenuate the filaments extruded by the plurality of filament nozzles. The drawn and attenuated filaments are collected on a collection surface disposed downstream of the gas distribution plate to form a nonwoven fabric. A solid additive, such as pulp fibers may be blended with the filaments prior to collecting the filaments on the collection surface.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for producing fine pitch patterning on a substrate. Warpage correction of the substrate is accomplished on a carrier or carrier-less substrate. A first warpage correction process is performed on the substrate by raising and holding a temperature of the substrate to a first temperature and cooling the carrier-less substrate to a second temperature. Further wafer level packaging processing is then performed such as forming vias in a polymer layer on the substrate. A second warpage correction process is then performed on the substrate by raising and holding a temperature of the substrate to a third temperature and cooling the substrate to a fourth temperature. With the warpage of the substrate reduced, a redistribution layer may be formed on the substrate with a 2/2 ?m l/s fine pitch patterning.
