    Abstract: A wafer has a substrate and a functional layer disposed on the substrate along a plurality of projected dicing lines. A method of processing the wafer includes applying a laser beam to the wafer along the projected dicing lines to remove portions of the functional layer, forming processed grooves in the functional layer through which the substrate is exposed, removing damaged regions produced in an interface between the substrate and the functional layer by the laser beam, and forming recesses extending outwardly from side surfaces of the processed grooves, a recess exposing step of removing portions of the functional layer that overhang the recesses, thereby exposing the recesses, and processing the substrate along the projected dicing line after the recess exposing step has been carried out.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger for a vehicular air conditioning system is disclosed. The heat changer includes a heat exchanger body, a water storage tank, and a condensate water circulating device. The heat exchanger body is provided with an air-inlet side and an air-outlet side. The air-inlet side is configured to enable an external air flow to enter the heat exchanger body, so that the air flow conducts heat exchange with a refrigerant in the heat exchanger body. The air-outlet side is configured to exhaust the air flow completing heat exchange with the refrigerant. The water storage tank is arranged below the heat exchanger body and is configured to store condensate water formed on the heat exchanger body. The condensate water circulating device is configured to transport cold water in the water storage tank to the air-inlet side of the heat exchanger body for heat exchange with the heat exchanger body.

Plasma etching is executed for the wafer from the side of the first surface in the dividing step.

    Abstract: Example computer-implemented methods, media, and systems for processing input/output (I/O) commands using block size aware polling are disclosed. One example method includes creating multiple polling queues and multiple interrupt queues in a transport drivers layer of a storage stack. A first I/O command is received from a core layer of the storage stack and by the transport drivers layer. A ratio of a total number of multiple small block size commands in the transport drivers layer to a total number of multiple outstanding I/O commands in the transport drivers layer is determined to be larger than a predetermined first threshold. In response to determining that the ratio is larger than the predetermined first threshold, the polling mode is applied to the first I/O command through the submission of the first I/O command to a first polling queue in the multiple polling queues.

    Abstract: A robot motion planning technique for component assembly operations. Inputs to the motion planning technique include geometric models of the components being assembled, and initial and target configurations. The method begins at a tightly-constrained target or final configuration and plans in the direction of a loosely-constrained initial configuration. A randomly-sampled waypoint configuration is proposed, followed by a local search for feasible configurations which generates nodes that extend a path toward the initial configuration while sliding through the tightly-constrained region. The local search can be repeated multiple times for a given randomly-sampled configuration. When a completed path is found, the action sequence is trimmed to eliminate unnecessary extraneous motions in the loosely-constrained region. The disclosed method dramatically reduces the number of unproductive configurations evaluated and finds assembly solutions much faster in comparison to known tree-based motion planning methods.

According to the method provided in the embodiments of this application, the local features corresponding to different scales contain different information, so that the finally obtained spliced image feature contains feature information corresponding to different scales, and the feature information of the spliced image feature is enriched. The category to which the pathological image belongs is determined based on the spliced image feature, so that the accuracy of the category is ensured.
