  • Publication number: 20240087915
Abstract: A bonding tool includes a gas supply line that may extend directly between valves associated with one or more gas supply tanks and a processing chamber such that gas supply line is uninterrupted without any intervening valves or other types of structures that might otherwise cause a pressure buildup in the gas supply line between the processing chamber and the valves associated with the one or more gas supply tanks. The pressure in the gas supply line may be maintained at or near the pressure in the processing chamber so that gas provided to the processing chamber through the gas supply line does not cause a pressure imbalance in the processing chamber, which might otherwise cause early or premature contact between semiconductor substrates that are to be bonded in the processing chamber.

  • Publication number: 20180273132
Abstract: A front fork for a bicycle is disclosed. The bicycle includes a handlebar, a stem, a headset, a frame and the front fork. The frame has a top tube, a down tube and a hollow head tube, and the stem secures the handlebar to the front fork via the headset such that movement of the handlebar results in movement of the stem and the front fork. The front fork comprises a pair of hollow tubular fork legs and a hollow steerer tube connected to the pair of hollow tubular fork legs and has a first opening formed thereon. Wherein the hollow head tube has a second opening formed thereon and corresponding and communicating to the first opening of the hollow steerer tube when the hollow steerer tube of the front fork is secured to the stem through the hollow head tube.

  • Publication number: 20080258423
Abstract: The present invention relates to an vertical-tube-fixing-base structure of the front fork tube of the bike and aimed at providing an direct piercing-through hole of said vertical-tube-fixing-base, which is designed to be mounted on the carbon-fiber-made front fork tube; then clip the horizontally-arranged handle via the fillister and the fixing-base-cover on the other end to integrate; wherein, the middle part of the direct piercing-through hole is hollow-shaped to form two restraining-rings being respectively set at the upper and lower position around; moreover, one open-cutting trench intercommunicating with the direct piercing-through hole is respectively set at the two restraining-rings of the upper and lower position; moreover, one flat-round piercing-through hole and one inner threaded hole are set both sides of the open-cutting trench; the two open-cutting trenches are separated at two positions with different axes. The purpose of avoiding cracking the front fork tube can be reached.

  • Publication number: 20080245180
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly structure of treading crank and spindle tube of the bike; wherein circularly set several convex straight ribs, with even intervals, on the inner surface of the treading crank, and there is a reserved circular space between each convex straight rib and the bottom surface of the central hole. Several circularly arranged sunken-shaped cavernous-straight troughs are set on the section of the end surface; when combining treading crank and spindle tube, make use of a suitable size of cone-expanding body and set the big bottom of said cone-expanding body at the bottom surface; then push said several cavernous-straight troughs set on the end surface of the spindle tube toward the direction of the section the convex straight ribs; said several cavernous-straight troughs will move outwardly and into the circular space between convex straight rib and the bottom surface and then to be locked.

  • Patent number: 7213485
Abstract: A bicycle assistive handlebar structure installed at the anterior extent of a front fork stem, stem clamp mount that serves as a means of conjoinment. The stem clamp mount consists of a concave section and a threaded hole that provides for the fastening of bolts inserted via four through-holes. Furthermore, a vertical coupling passage is disposed through the installation crown, thereby providing for the horizontal arrangement of a handlebar in a connective mounting shank. The two sides of a transverse rod provides for the fitting into position of insertion sleeves, and an elongated hole provides for the stationary seating into the connective mounting shank elongated hole. Radial splines are respectively fabricated along the outer sides of the joint mount and the inner sides of an assistive handlebar. As such, the present invention provides the rider variable adjustment operation over upper and lower height, forward and backward distance, and rotative direction.

  • Publication number: 20050166704
Abstract: A bicycle handlebar clock mounting structure installed onto the bar member comprising various different model handlebars. The clock mount is an inverted U-shaped construct and, furthermore, an end section extends inward from each of its two lateral extremities, an elongated adjustment hole is formed in each of the two end sections, and the center portion of the clock mount is of a regular tubular profile. A recessed arcuate surface fabricated along the underside of the clock enables sturdy positioning against the center portion of the clock mount. After screws are inserted through the adjustment holes in the end sections of the clock mount, the screws are tightened to attach various shape handlebars to the bicycle by means of clamp cover at the front end of the stem, enabling the clock mount to be widely utilized on a range of various style handlebars and thereby achieving clock installation practicality and convenience.

  • Publication number: 20050044981
Abstract: A clipping cover for the assembling of a bicycle handle accessories that is disposed on the front stem of a bicycle, wherein the clamp mount crown has a clamp ring at both the left and right sides of its lower extremity and an elongate tab at both the left and right sides of its upper extremity. Thus, when the stem clamp mount and clamp mount crown are utilized to secure various shaped handlebars into position, the two elongate tabs and clamp rings of the clamp mount crown respectively enable the installation of two forearm support base connecting bar assemblies and two accessory handlebars such that the connecting bars below the accessory handlebars and forearm support base are movable forward and backward to effect adjustment. As such, the clamp mount crown provides for accessory installation as well as direction and length variations according to rider requirements to achieve the best grasping posture.
