  • Publication number: 20230230224
Abstract: A method for detecting defects in a formed metal part includes locating one or more regions of interest in a synthetic image of a part manufactured by a forming process. The synthetic image is informed based on a physics-based simulation of the forming process. The regions of interest indicate a high risk of having a defect from the forming process. A set of training images including real images of actual manufactured parts are registered with the synthetic image. The regions of interest are overlaid on each training image, to extract patches from the training images that correspond to high-risk regions. An anomaly detection model is trained on the patches extracted from the training images to detect a defect in a formed metal part from an acquired image of the formed metal part, by detecting an anomaly in a patch extracted from the acquired image that corresponds to a high-risk region.

  • Patent number: 10950190
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for determining an overdrive mapping correlation in a display panel. The method includes the following steps. First, a repeating subpixel arrangement is determined. The subpixel arrangement includes at least three sets of subpixels in the display panel. An ideal luminance value of a pattern of the subpixel arrangement is then determined. The pattern includes at least a first set of subpixels displaying a zero pixel value, a second set of subpixels displaying a first nonzero pixel value, and a third set of subpixels displaying a second nonzero pixel value, the first, second and third sets of subpixels respectively arranged one after another. The first nonzero pixel value may be different from the second nonzero gray scale value. An actual luminance value of the pattern of the subpixel arrangement is then determined. An overdrive pixel value is further determined.

  • Patent number: 10825375
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for determining a grayscale mapping correlation in a display panel. The method includes the following operations. First, a target first luminance value of the display panel is determined. A first set of start pixel values of a first attribute of a first grayscale value is determined based on the first grayscale value and the target first luminance value of the display panel. A first set of mapped pixel values of the first attribute mapped to the first grayscale value, and a first mapped luminance value are then determined based on the first set of start pixel values of the first attribute and a set of first target values of a second attribute. The set of first target values of the second attribute include a plurality of target chrominance values and the target first luminance value.

  • Patent number: 10581149
Abstract: An electronic device includes a substrate with a plurality of LDS antennas and a conductive member, the substrate defines a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A decorative ink layer coats to the first surface of the substrate facing the interior of the electronic device, several LDS ink layers coat to the decorative ink layer, the LDS antennas are disposed on the corresponding LDS ink layers. The LDS antenna defines feed-in portion connecting with the conductive member, the conductive member comprises a flexible printed circuit and an anisotropic conductive adhesive connecting the flexible printed circuit and feed-in portion. Therefore, the transmission and reception of signal data can be realized through the connection between the flexible print circuit and the LDS antenna thereby enhance the effect of signal transmission and meet the needs of flexibility and miniaturization.

  • Publication number: 20130107449
Abstract: A tablet computer enclosure (TCE) that functions in combination with a tablet computer. The TCE includes a back plate that is surrounded by a frame to form a front-facing cavity that is dimensioned to fit over the rear surface of the computer. Rotatably attached to the rear surface of the back plate is a TCE attachment arm that can be placed in a retracted position when not in use, or in an extended functional position. When in the extended position the TCE attachment arm can be inserted into an arm insertion slot located on a TCE attachment unit that is disclosed in three designs: a vehicle headrest attachment unit, a shelf attachment unit and a flat surface attachment unit. The TCE also includes an electrical power distribution and charging circuit that allows power to be applied to the tablet computer via the TCE.
