Abstract: A method for controlling application and related devices are provided. The method includes the follows. A CPU utilization of a system of a terminal device is obtained in response to a selection operation for a target application of the terminal device. When the CPU utilization of the system is greater than or equal to a preset utilization, a state of at least one of applications in the background is changed, so as to decrease the CPU utilization of the system. The target application is then launched.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power adapter and a terminal. The power adapter is coupled to a mobile terminal via a USB interface, and a data line of the USB interface is used for a bidirectional communication between the power adapter and the mobile terminal. The power adapter supports a normal charging mode and a quick charging mode, and a charging current of the quick charging mode is greater than a charging current of the normal charging mode. The method includes: communicating, by the power adapter, with the mobile terminal via the data line of the USB interface, so as to determine to charge the mobile terminal in the quick charging mode; and adjusting, by the power adapter, a charging current of the power adapter to be the charging current of the quick charging mode to charge the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A method for allocating computing resources of a processor is provided. The method includes the following. A current processor load is detected. Required computing resources are determined according to the current processor load. The required computing resources correspond to a total frequency of each processor core. The minimum number of required processor cores is determined. The maximum number of the processor cores in a system is obtained, and a selectable range of the number of processor cores is determined. A plurality of frequency allocation strategies are obtained according to a formula Nc_x*Fx=Nc_min*Fmax. A correspondence between operating frequencies and power values of each processor core is obtained, and a frequency allocation strategy is determined, such that a total frequency of each processor core satisfying the computing resources and a total power value of each processor core is minimum.

According to preview image data acquired via two rear cameras of a dual-camera device, first depth-of-field information for a foreground region and second depth-of-field information for a background region in a current preview image are determined. In addition, a basic value of a blurring degree is acquired according to the first depth-of-field information and the second depth-of-field information. Furthermore, Gaussian blur process is performed on the background region according to the basic value of the blurring degree to generate the blurred image.
