Abstract: Multiple (multi-) die integrated circuit (IC) packages for supporting higher connection density, and related fabrication methods. The multi-die IC package includes split dies that provided in respective die packages that are stacked on top of each other to conserve package area. To support signal routing, including through-package signal routing that extends through the die package, each die package includes vertical interconnects disposed adjacent to their respective dies and coupled to a respective package substrate (and interposer substrate if provided) in the package substrate. In this manner, as an example, through-silicon-vias (TSVs) are not required to be fabricated in the multi-die IC package that extend through the dies themselves to provide signal routing between the respective die packages. In another example, space created between adjacent interposer substrates of stacked die packages, as stood off from each other through the interconnect bumps, provides an area for heat dissipation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a picture processing method and device, including: an integrated circuit chip IC receiving a to-be-processed picture sent by a graphics processor GPU; the IC pre-processing the to-be-processed picture; the IC performing counter-distortion process on the pre-processed picture; and the IC outputting the picture which is subjected to the counter-distortion process for display.

Abstract: A semiconductor die (“die”) employing repurposed seed layer for forming additional signal paths to a back end-of-line (BEOL) structure of the die, and related integrated circuit (IC) packages and fabrication methods. A seed layer is repurposed that was disposed adjacent the BEOL interconnect structure to couple an under bump metallization (UBM) interconnect without a coupled interconnect bump thus forming an unraised interconnect bump, to a UBM interconnect that has a raised interconnect bump. To couple the unraised interconnect bump to the raised interconnect bump, the seed layer is selectively removed during fabrication to leave a portion of the seed layer repurposed that couples the UBM interconnect that does not have an interconnect bump to the UBM interconnect that has a raised interconnect bump. Additional routing paths can be provided between raised interconnect bumps to the BEOL interconnect structure through coupling of UBM interconnects to an unraised interconnect bump.

In an embodiment, the display panel has a display region and a non-display region and includes shift registers cascaded and arranged along a first direction. In an embodiment, the shift registers are located in the non-display region. In an embodiment, one of the shift registers includes a switch module and an output module. In an embodiment, the output module is coupled to an output terminal of the shift register and includes two output transistors, and the output transistors are located at a side of the switch module away from the display region. In this way, the probability of occurrence of abnormal phenomena, such as splash screen display, is reduced.

Abstract: A technique is introduced for applying multi-level caching to deploy various types of physical memory to service captured memory calls from an application. The various types of physical memory can include local volatile memory (e.g., dynamic random-access memory), local persistent memory, and/or remote persistent memory. In an example embodiment, a user-space page fault notification mechanism is used to defer assignment of actual physical memory resources until a memory buffer is accessed by the application. After populating a selected physical memory in response to an initial user-space page fault notification, page access information can be monitored to determine which pages continues to be accessed and which pages are inactive to identify candidates for eviction.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for tracking, monitoring and evaluating ecological impacts of a channel project based on long-term time series satellite remote sensing data, belonging to the field of ecological environment protection. Created in view of limitations and deficiencies of existing monitoring and evaluation methods, the method includes: a process for long-term time series satellite remote sensing analysis of an ecological impact of a channel project, an analysis method for respectively evaluating erosion and deposition, shoreline and water area morphological changes at different research scales based on water body information extraction, and an analysis method for respectively tracking and monitoring engineering construction details, comparing engineering impact scope consistency and evaluating engineering implementation effects based on channel project identification.

Abstract: A probiotic composition for treating rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, is prepared from Bacillus licheniformis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecalis, and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants. The probiotic composition can improve the symptoms of rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder of a patient, improve RBD symptoms of idiopathic RBD patients and PD patients, improve the motor symptoms and reduce the daily levodopa equivalent dose in PD patients.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a method of performing autonomous learning for updating input features used for an artificial intelligence model, the method comprising receiving updated data of an information space that includes a graph of nodes having a defined topology, the updated data including historical data of requests to the artificial intelligence model and output results associated with the requests, wherein different categories of input data corresponds to different input nodes of the graph. The method may further comprise updating edge connections between the nodes of the graph by performing path optimizations that each use a set of agents to explore the information space over cycles to reduce a cost function, each connection including a strength value, wherein during each path optimization, path information is shared between the rest of agents at each cycle for determining a next position value for each of the set of agents in the graph.

Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving a text phrase from a user and parsing the text phrase using a natural language parser to generate distinct words. A vector of values relating to the distinct words is generated and compared to vectors in a graph database which relate to learned communities of language. Based on the comparing, a most similar community in the learned communities of language is determined and an action set action set associated with the most similar community is queried. A response to the text phrase from the user is then generated based on the action set and provided to the user.

Abstract: An online meeting system begins the process of connecting a user to an online meeting when the user enters a prejoin dialog for choosing meeting settings, rather than waiting until the user chooses to actually join the meeting after entering settings. Starting the meeting connection process at this time allows a shorter perceived connection time to the meeting and thus reduces user frustration with the meeting system.

Abstract: A memory image can be captured by generating metadata indicative of a state of volatile memory and/or byte-addressable PMEM at a particular time during execution of a process by an application. This memory image can be persisted without copying the in-memory data into a separate persistent storage by storing the metadata and safekeeping the in-memory data in the volatile memory and/or PMEM. Metadata associated with multiple time-evolved memory images captured can be stored and managed using a linked index scheme. A linked index scheme can be configured in various ways including a full index and a difference-only index. The memory images can be used for various purposes including suspending and later resuming execution of the application process, restoring a failed application to a previous point in time, cloning an application, and recovering an application process to a most recent state in an application log.

Abstract: Provided are a driving method for a display panel, display driving device and electronic apparatus. The display panel includes a shift register. A drive signal of the shift register includes a trigger signal and a clock signal. The driving method includes: a current FPS in a current display mode is acquired; a current trigger signal and a current clock signal of the shift register is determined according to the current FPS; the shift register is provided with the current trigger signal and the current clock signal. A refresh frequency of the current trigger signal is the same as the current FPS. The current clock signal is the same as a reference clock signal in a reference display mode at least within an effective action duration of the current trigger signal. The current FPS is less than or equal to the reference FPS in the reference display mode.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for evaluating vibrational characteristics of a vehicle such as an autonomous vehicle and vibrational characteristics of a road surface in conjunction with one another to identify anomalous vehicle vibrational characteristics that may be indicative of potential damage to the structure of a vehicle. A baseline vibrational signature may be generated for a road segment based on sensor data received from multiple vehicles traversing the road segment. A vibrational signature may also be generated for a particular vehicle being evaluated based on real-time sensor data. If the vibrational signature for the vehicle deviates from the baseline vibrational signature for the road segment by more than a threshold amount, the vehicle may be deemed to be exhibiting anomalous vibrational characteristics indicative of potential vehicular damage. One or more actions in response thereto may then be taken such as automatically halting the vehicle.
