Abstract: The present invention discloses a load balancing method, apparatus and system. In the present invention, a network management and control center of a basic network system interacts with a service management and control center of a network service system, and determines a load balancing policy according to entity information about service function execution entities in the network service system; and the network management and control center generates an execution flow table according to the load balancing policy, and controls a network device to perform a load balancing operation according to the execution flow table. The present invention is applicable to a network service system comprising a service function execution entity in a transparent mode, so as to implement load balancing processing on the service function execution entity in transparent mode in the network service system.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a routing method, a device, and a system. A network node receives a service data packet; the network node searches a forwarding table according to an aggregation identifier, to obtain next-hop information, where the aggregation identifier is used to identify service data flows of one type, where the service data flows have a same network requirement type and a same destination, and the forwarding table includes the aggregation identifier and the next-hop information corresponding to the aggregation identifier; and the network node forwards the service data packet according to the obtained next-hop information. The embodiments of the present disclosure can significantly reduce a quantity of routing entries of a service routing node, reduce operation complexity, and improve routing and forwarding efficiency of a system.

Abstract: A method for forwarding resources is provided, which includes the following steps. Content-based routing is performed between a resource request entity and a resource providing entity according to a resource identifier. Information indicating content-based forwarding is generated on an intermediate route entity during routing. A resource-content-based forward path is created between the resource request entity and the resource providing entity. The resource requested by the resource request entity is sent to the resource request entity by the forward path created based on the information indicating content-based forwarding. A network entity and a network system are also provided. Thus, the content-based routing is performed based on the resource identifier, and the content-based forward path is created, so that the path forwarding based on the content is realized.

Abstract: This application provides a packet processing method, a device and a system. The system includes a layer 4 forwarding device, a layer 7 forwarding device, and a controller. The controller sends a first forwarding entry to the layer 4 forwarding device, where the first forwarding entry includes a first keyword and a first processing policy corresponding to the first keyword, the first keyword includes layer 4 information for matching a packet, and the first forwarding entry is used to instruct the layer 4 forwarding device to send a second packet to the layer 7 forwarding device according to the first processing policy when a first packet matching the first keyword is received; and the controller sends, to the layer 7 forwarding device, a control rule used to instruct the layer 7 forwarding device in packet processing.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for assessing user engagement with content viewed on a display of a computing device. The system analyzes user interactions with content, where the user can annotate the content with predetermined sentiments associated with the content being viewed. The annotations are responses, each of which may be associated with a particular type of predefined metadata. The system may then aggregate the annotations for each selection of content and render those annotations on the display within the content. Any user viewing the content can then view the annotations in order to stimulate further interaction with the system, e.g., via additional responses to the annotations.

Abstract: A method for generating configuration information includes: a network control unit receives a virtual machine association message, where the VM association message includes an identifier of a first VM and an identifier of a first virtual built-in network element (NE), where a state of the first VM changes and the first virtual built-in NE detects that the state of the first VM changes; and the network control unit determines first information according to the identifier of the first VM, where the first information includes at least one of: a first forwarding entry, a location information mapping entry of the first VM, and a first network policy. According to the method, a network control unit determines first information according to an identifier of a first VM whose state changes and whose identifier is included in a VM association message, network configuration efficiency and network performance are improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, system, service selection entity, and service management entity for selecting a service provision entity in a peer-to-peer (P2P) network communication, so as to select heterogeneous service provision entities for heterogeneous service requesting entities. The method includes: receiving service capability information of service provision entities; obtaining service request information of a service requesting entity; and selecting a service provision entity of an appropriate service capability to provide a service for the service requesting entity according to the service capability information of service provision entities and the service request information of the service requesting entity.
