  • Publication number: 20240092968
Abstract: Poly(amine-co-ester) polymers, methods of forming active agent-load polyplexes and particles therefrom, and methods of using them for delivery of nucleic acid agents with optimal uptake have been developed. Examples demonstrate critical molecular weights in combination with exposed carboxylic and/or hydroxyl groups, and methods of making. Typically, the compositions are less toxic, more efficient at drug delivery, or a combination thereof compared to a control other transfection reagents. In some embodiments, the compositions are suitable for in vivo delivery, and can be administered systemically to a subject to treat a disease or condition.

  • Publication number: 20240093443
Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a double-deck multi-span bridge construction method. According to the double-deck bridge construction method of the present disclosure, construction is carried out by using a method of disassembling a support jig frame in a graded and span-separated mode, an upper chord jig frame and a lower chord jig frame can be used in a recycle manner, and construction costs are reduced. In addition, a construction period of building the support jig frame is shortened, and other construction operations can be synchronously carried out on a span in which the jig frame is disassembled, for example, fire retardant coating construction can be carried out on a mounted bridge deck after the jig frame is disassembled, and the construction period of a double-deck multi-span bridge is effectively shortened.

  • Publication number: 20240038193
Abstract: A gate driving circuit and a display panel. The gate driving circuit includes a plurality of cascaded gate driving units, wherein a Nth stage gate driving unit includes a pull-up control module and a node signal control module. By an adjustment of the signals connected to a first input terminal, a second input terminal, a first control terminal, and a second control terminal of the node signal control module, an original driving time sequence can be realized without using a clock signal, which reduces a space occupied by a frame.

  • Patent number: 11823062
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an unsupervised reinforcement learning method and apparatus based on Wasserstein distance. The method includes: obtaining a state distribution in a trajectory obtained with guidance of a current policy of an agent; calculating a Wasserstein distance between the state distribution and a state distribution in a trajectory obtained with another historical policy, and calculating a pseudo reward of the agent based on the Wasserstein distance, replacing a reward fed back from an environment in a target reinforcement learning framework with the pseudo reward, and guiding the current policy of the agent to keep a large distance from the other historical policy. The method uses Wasserstein distance to encourage an algorithm in an unsupervised reinforcement learning framework to obtain diverse policies and skills through training.
