  • Publication number: 20240148575
Abstract: To provide a moving body that is capable of more flexible movement. Provided is a moving body including four or more legs that have wheels at ends thereof and are able to be controlled along two or more axes, and a body supported at the four or more legs, in which the four or more legs include two or more front wheel legs that are capable of swinging forward in an advancing direction of the body, and two or more rear wheel legs that are capable of swinging backward in the advancing direction of the body, and the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs are capable of swinging to such positions that the wheels overlap one another in a direction orthogonal to the advancing direction.

  • Publication number: 20230343742
Abstract: An ultrasonic horn (50) includes: a vibration source part (53) to which an ultrasonic vibrator (58) is mounted; a tip end part (56) to which a capillary (18) is mounted; and an intermediate part (54) which is interposed between the tip end part (56) and the vibration source part (53) and propagates vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibrator (58) to the tip end part (56). The intermediate part (54) is formed with a single spiral hole (68) which is a hole penetrating in a radial direction of the ultrasonic horn (50) and advances in an axial direction as the spiral hole advances in a circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 11757315
Abstract: A rotor applied to an inner rotor brushless motor includes: a rotor core having a laminate of a plurality of annular thin plate-shaped core pieces, the rotor core being configured to rotate together with a shaft in an integrated manner; a cylindrical resin magnet mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core via a gap; a groove-shaped adhesive admission portion in a straight line along the entire length of the rotor core in an axial direction thereof, the adhesive admission portion being recessed into the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core; and an adhesive configured to bond and fix the rotor core and the magnet. The adhesive is filled in an entire adhesive allowance having both of the gap and the adhesive admission portion between the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core and an inner peripheral surface of the magnet.

  • Patent number: 11691214
Abstract: An ultrasound horn is provided which vibrates a bonding tool, attached at a tip, in a plurality of directions with a simple structure. There is provided an ultrasound horn having: a longitudinal vibration generator; a horn portion; and a torsional vibration generator. The torsional vibration generator includes a body including a polygonal pillar portion, second layered elements in which a plurality of second piezoelectric elements are layered, and which are attached to side surfaces of the polygonal pillar portion, weights, and a pressure application ring which applies a pressure by pressing the second piezoelectric elements against the polygonal pillar portion via the weights.

  • Publication number: 20220069650
Abstract: Even in a case of a rotor having a thick laminate, avoidance of nonuniform adhesive application and an increase in quality is achieved with a simple configuration. A rotor applied to an inner rotor brushless motor includes: a rotor core having a laminate of a plurality of annular thin plate-shaped core pieces, the rotor core being configured to rotate together with a shaft in an integrated manner; a cylindrical resin magnet mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core via a gap; a groove-shaped adhesive admission portion in a straight line along the entire length of the rotor core in an axial direction thereof, the adhesive admission portion being recessed into the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core; and an adhesive configured to bond and fix the rotor core and the magnet.
