  • Patent number: 10351680
Abstract: A formed body having a layer of a resin composition constituted by a thermoplastic resin and a barrier resin, wherein the layer of the resin composition forms, in a matrix of the thermoplastic resin, a layer structure in which the barrier resin is dispersed in the form of a lamellar dispersion phase stretching in one direction; and the ratio (a)/(b) of an aspect ratio (a) of the dispersion phase of the barrier resin near the surfaces of the layer and an aspect ratio (b) of the dispersion phase of the barrier resin in the central portion in the direction of thickness of the layer, is not more than 2.0. The formed body has the layer of the resin composition constituted by the thermoplastic resin and the barrier resin, and has a dispersion structure capable of exhibiting excellent barrier property despite of the single layer.

  • Patent number: 9205960
Abstract: The present invention provides a moisture-absorbing resin composition comprising resin (A) in an amount of 100 parts by mass, and zeolite in an amount of 40 to 300 parts by mass, wherein resin (A) contains at least one polymer selected from among ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, copolymer of ethylene-ethyl acrylate and acrylonitrile-styrene, and copolymer of ethylene-ethyl acrylate, maleic anhydride, and acrylonitrile-styrene, and a molded product produced through molding of the moisture-absorbing resin composition. The moisture-absorbing resin composition exhibits high moisture absorbency, high moisture absorption rate, and adhesion, and the molded product is produced from the composition.

  • Patent number: 8403186
Abstract: A composite spout obtained by injection forming a spout body in a state where a sleeve having a functional resin layer disposed as an intermediate layer is fitted as a core onto the core member of an injection-forming metal mold such that the inner peripheral surface only of the sleeve is substantially exposed on the inner peripheral surface of the spout body. A tilted surface is formed on the inner peripheral surface at one end of the spout body in at least a portion thereof in the circumferential direction, the tilted surface being tilted outward in the radial direction from a position in agreement with the inner peripheral edge at the one end of the sleeve or from the inside thereof in the radial direction facing the one end of the spout body.
