The intercooler is located above a cylinder head of an engine. The device of the present disclosure features less height space occupation, a short connection tubeline between elements and a compact structure, which is beneficial for an increase of the pressurization response speed and reduction in the cost.

The driving arc surface contacts with the roller rocker arm to drive the valve to perform a reciprocating movement. The driving swing arm is sleeved on the control shaft and is capable of swinging around the control shaft. The control shaft is provided with a mounting part. The adjusting swing arm is connected to the mounting part and is capable of swinging relative to the mounting part. The adjusting swing arm is disposed between the camshaft and the driving swing arm. Two sides of the adjusting swing arm are contacted respectively with the camshaft and the driving swing arm.

    Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation system for gasoline engine includes a first exhaust gas return tube, a high-pressure by-pass tube, a second exhaust gas return tube and an EGR control unit. The first exhaust gas return tube includes a hot end, a cold end, a high-pressure EGR cooler, and a high-pressure EGR valve. The high-pressure by-pass tube connected with the first exhaust gas return tube in parallel has a high-pressure EGR by-pass valve. The second exhaust gas return tube has a hot end, a cold end, a low-pressure EGR cooler, a low-pressure EGR valve and a low-pressure EGR pump. The EGR control unit is electrically connected with the high-pressure EGR valve, the high-pressure EGR by-pass valve, the low-pressure EGR valve and the low-pressure EGR pump respectively. Different EGR recirculation manners can be chosen under different loads and different running conditions of the gasoline engine to meet different demands under different conditions.
