  • Publication number: 20020045126
Abstract: A photo-curable resin composition suitable as a material for photo-fabricating. The composition can produce cured products with excellent mechanical strength and high heat resistance. Further disclosed is a process for fabricating a resin-based mold which provides superior molding dimensional precision and superb repetition durability. The composition comprises (A) a compound having a cyclohexene oxide structure, (B) a cationic photo-initiator, (C) an ethylenically unsaturated polymer, (D) a radical photo-initiator, and (E) spherical silica particles, and the heat distortion temperature of the cured resin produced from the photo-curable resin composition is 100° C. or higher. The process comprises preparing a resin-based mold comprising a plurality of integrally laminated layers of cured resin by repeating the step of forming a cured resin layer by selectively irradiating a photo-curable material with light, wherein the photo-curable material is the above-mentioned photo-curable resin composition.

  • Patent number: 6194906
Abstract: The invention provides an inspection adapter board for printed board, which has inspection electrodes of a pitch wider than electrodes to be inspected, permits carrying out the necessary inspection for a printed board by a tester having a small capacity, and can be designed and fabricated with ease, and a method for inspecting the printed board by an inspection adapter board. The invention also provides a method and apparatus for producing information for fabricating such an inspection adapter board. The inspection adapter board is equipped with inspection electrodes corresponding to the electrodes to be inspected. At least one of the inspection electrodes is a common inspection electrode commonly corresponding to two or more electrodes to be inspected. • Patent number: 5976448
Abstract: An optical forming apparatus which can form a homogeneous three-dimensional object exhibiting desired properties over all parts, while effectively suppressing sedimentation of filler even though the filler is easily precipitated in a photo-curable resin composition. The optical forming apparatus can produce a three-dimensional object consisting of laminated layers of cured resin produced by repetition of forming cured resin layers by selectively irradiating a photo-curable liquid resin composition placed in a container (20), wherein the apparatus is characterized by having a means (60) for circulating the photo-curable liquid resin composition.

  • Patent number: 5537050
Abstract: A process for inspecting an electrode plate having plural electrodes. The process includes the first step of using a rough alignment between the plate to be inspected and the standard inspecting plate so that the two lie on top of each other. One of the plates is then rotated relative to the other by a predetermined small angle. The electrical connection state between the two plates is then determined. A mathematical analysis of the position deviation between the two plates takes place. The analysis is based on the relative positions of the electrode inspected and the corresponding inspecting electrode before and after the rotation.
