  • Publication number: 20140294565
Abstract: Provided is a vacuum pump in which the flexing of a rotating cylinder made of a fiber-reinforced resin can be reduced as much as possible to sufficiently reduce the gap between the rotating cylinder and a fixed cylinder, and exhaust performance can thereby be improved to great effect. A vacuum pump comprising a thread groove pump portion equipped with a fixed cylinder portion (2) having a spiraling thread groove portion (1) provided in an internal peripheral surface, and a rotating cylinder portion (3) placed inside the fixed cylinder portion (2), the thread groove pump portion exhausting through a spiraling exhaust flow channel due to the rotating cylinder portion (3) being caused to rotate, and the exhaust flow channel being formed from the thread groove portion (1) and an external peripheral surface of the rotating cylinder portion (3).

  • Patent number: 8820361
Abstract: A highly practical tube body for a pressure transducer is provided which has excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and tensile strength; which can be manufactured at low cost in comparison with cases of using stainless steel; and which makes it possible to keep inside diameter precision high. In this tube body for a pressure transducer, the pressure applied to the interior is varied periodically, and a seal layer (2) is provided to the internal peripheral surface of a tube body (1) made of a fiber-reinforced resin composed of fibers wound in layers.

  • Patent number: 7413098
Abstract: To provide a fiber reinforced resin sleeve that is superior in mechanical strength in low cost and easily without enlarging the sleeve and increasing the weight of the sleeve, a method for manufacturing an internal pressure container in which both end portions of a fiber reinforced resin sleeve 1 formed by continuously winding a fiber in a filament winding method with both ends having larger diameters are closed by closure lids 2, and the closure lids 2 are supported by retainer rings 3 coupled to the sleeve 1, comprising the following steps of: continuously winding the fiber, impregnated with the resin, on a mandrel substantially in a perpendicular direction to an axial direction of the mandrel to form a first layer F; setting the first layer F so that a distal end is located in a position at a predetermined position L from an end of the sleeve 1 and a proximal end is located in a position inside of the closure lid 2 and the retainer ring 3; subsequently continuously winding the fiber on the first layer F at
