  • Patent number: 9158866
Abstract: A logical designing part includes a logical connectivity data storage that stores logical connectivity data, indicating a logical connectivity between plant equipments, including first end point connection data. A geometry data designing part includes a geometry data storage that stores geometry data that is graphical shape data in a three-dimensional space and includes second end point data. A data linking part includes: an automatic correspondence table generating part that compares first end point connection data with second end point data and generates a logical connection and geometry data table including correspondence data that links the geometry connection data and the geometry data of which first and second end point connection data are matched each other. A correspondence storage stores the logical connection and geometry data table. An editing part edits the logical connection and geometry data table on the basis of a user command.

  • Patent number: 5943051
Abstract: The user interface system provides a mouse for inputting a time segment by pointing to an arbitrary position of the display screen. Displayed in a window, the time segment has a position and length to indicate hours or days. The segment editor displays the segment according to the length which is designated by the mouse. Segments may be duplicated from one window to another. The database entry stores the position and length of the time segment. To avoid or lessen scrolling of time segment data, a window may divided either horizontally or vertically when desired data is located far apart. Multiple windows displayed on the screen may be scrolled synchronously in one direction and independently scrolled in the opposite direction. Windows with different scaled information may be display simultaneously and synchronously scrolled.

  • Patent number: 5936802
Abstract: The actuator section comprises a magnetic head slider, a load beam of spring property for supporting the magnetic head slider, a guide arm and a fastening member for fastening the load beam to the guide arm. On the surface of the load beam, a flexible wiring pattern is jointed. The wiring pattern passes nearly through a center of the load beam and through a broad portion beside the fastening member. An extension wiring pattern is obtained by extending the wiring pattern from the broad portion to a circuit board attached to the actuator. At least on one side of the guide arm, a convex cross-sectional portion is so provided that opposite splice of generally flush to load beam mounting surfaces of the guide. To the respective of the splice planes, extension wiring patterns are jointed.

  • Patent number: 5860067
Abstract: The user interface system provides the input means for inputting a segment by pointing out an arbitrary position of the display screen with the input unit such as a mouse for pointing out arbitrary positions of the display screen. The segment has a position and a length to indicate hours or days. The segment editor displays the segment according to the length which is designated by the input unit such as a mouse. The database entry stores the data indicated by the position and the length of the segment as entered data. Thus, data is entered by inputting a segment. Therefore, data such as a time and a date are not needed to be entered from a keyboard. Since data entry is made by drawing a segment by using a mouse, operation is easy. Furthermore, since the length of the segment shows the hours or period visually to a system operator, the chances of errors are lessened. The user interface system provides a system to input additional information for a segment displayed by the segment editor.

  • Patent number: 5650895
Abstract: In a closed housing of a magnetic disk memory device are accommodated a spindle motor for rotatably holding a magnetic disk medium for storage of information, a magnetic head for recording and reproducing information into and from the magnetic disk medium, a head positioning mechanism for moving the magnetic head to any position on the magnetic disk medium, and so forth. A printed board having thereon control circuit parts for controlling the spindle motor and the head positioning mechanism and recording/reproducing circuit parts for effecting the recording/reproduction by the magnetic head is arranged outside of the housing. An opening corresponding to a component of the magnetic disk memory device is formed in a certain region of the housing opposing the printed board. A shielding member for preventing a dust from entering into the housing is provided for the opening.
