  • Patent number: 6636158
Abstract: Disclosed is an information processing apparatus including a device for measuring a position, a time generator for generating time data representing times of day at which the positions are measured, a storage for storing data constituted by the measured position measuring and by an output of the time generator, the two outputs having an associative relation established therebetween, and an outputting device for outputting the stored data from the storage to an external entity.

  • Patent number: 5742578
Abstract: An information recording and reproducing apparatus comprises an optical device for causing a light beam to impinge upon a disc having a spiral guide groove along which a control signal is substantially recorded for scanning the spiral guide groove; a light beam modulating portion operative to intensity-modulate the light beam incident upon the disc in response to an information signal so that the information signal is intermittently recorded on the disc and operative further to cause the light beam to keep a relatively small intensity during a period in which the recording of the information signal is temporarily interrupted; a photo-detecting portion for detecting the light beam coming from the disc; a read signal processing portion operative to obtain, based on a detection output from the photo-detecting portion, a read output signal containing a read output of the control signal and a total amount signal corresponding to momentary total light amount of the light beam received by the photo-detecting portion

  • Patent number: 4995026
Abstract: An optical disc suitable for a so-called KARAOKE equipment by which a singer sings into a microphone in accordance with a music signal recorded in a compact disc or laser disc. According to one embodiment of the present invention, in an optical disc in which a synchronizing signal, digital audio data and a sub-code signal are recorded in one frame, respective codes corresponding to a hue parameter, an intensity parameter and a fade-in or fade-out parameter are recorded in predetermined bits (user's bits) of the above-mentioned sub-code signal. Thus, it is possible to provide an optical disc which can automatically control the lighting equipment without hands by means of the reproduced output from the optical disc.
