  • Publication number: 20230386734
Abstract: A reactor includes a coil having a winding part, a holding member, and a magnetic core. The winding part is partially buried inside the holding member, and has an upper exposed part and a lower exposed part exposed from the holding member in the vertical direction (Z direction). The upper exposed part has an upper curved surface part. The upper curved surface part is exposed from the holding member at both sides in the horizontal direction (Y direction). The magnetic core has two outer legs. The winding part is positioned between the two outer legs in the horizontal direction. The holding member has two side walls corresponding to each of the outer legs. Each of the side walls is positioned between the corresponding outer leg and the winding part in the horizontal direction.

  • Publication number: 20230027914
Abstract: A magnetic core housing capable of applying a sufficient force to a magnetic core is provided. A magnetic core housing according to an aspect of the disclosure includes first and second housings each capable of housing a core, a hinge configured to connect the first and second housings with each other so that they can be opened and closed with respect to each other, and a metal spring disposed in the first housing. The metal spring includes a planar part and a pair of spring parts, and also includes reinforcing means for preventing the planar part from being bent due to a force transmitted from the pair of spring parts when the core is housed in the first housing.

  • Patent number: 9274006
Abstract: An infrared sensor includes a circuit board, at least two support portions, a FET element and a pyroelectric element. The circuit board has an upper principal surface formed with plural electrodes. Each of the support portions has an upper surface, a lower surface, an upper conductive pattern formed on the upper surface and a lower conductive pattern formed on the lower surface. The upper conductive pattern is electrically connected with the lower conductive pattern. The lower conductive pattern is connected to an electrode of the upper principal surface of the circuit board. The FET element is located between the at least two support portions and arranged on the upper principal surface of the circuit board. The pyroelectric element is electrically connected with the upper conductive patterns of the support portions, and is supported by the support portions so as to be located above the FET element.

  • Patent number: 7382079
Abstract: There is provided a piezoelectric device for generating an acoustic signal in which an expansion mechanism expands a disposition of a laminated piezoelectric actuator by the principle of leverage. The mass of a base member placed in the expansion mechanism is larger than the mass of a vibration output member. An overall device size is small. The piezoelectric device has a pressurization structure for reducing a tractive force acting on the laminated piezoelectric actuator which is generated by the amplification. This enables provision of a piezoelectric device for generating an acoustic signal that is a small size, highly resistant to dropping impact, and has god acoustic performance with less sound leakage.

  • Publication number: 20070086608
Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a piezoelectric element composing a detecting part of a bone-conduction microphone is cantilevered by being mechanically pressed into an element mounting opening of a supporting member in a microphone case while temporarily bonded to a connecting member including a signal communication spacer, a copper-made spacer, a tapered ground spacer, and an insulating spacer, and optionally reinforced and fixed by use of an adhesive. Hence, it is possible to provide a cantilevered bone-conduction microphone having a vibration detecting part that can be assembled with a simple structure by use of an eco-friendly bonding material, not a solder.
