  • Publication number: 20240131233
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pre-filled syringe formulation with staked needle, which contains an antibody at a high concentration and can be produced on an industrial scale in a simple manner without causing clogging. A pre-filled syringe formulation with staked needle, in which a protein solution is packed. The pre-filled syringe formulation is characterized in that a cap formed with a material having low water vapor permeability is provided at the needle.

  • Patent number: 11951728
Abstract: A fiber-reinforced plastic molded body includes: a laminated body having a configuration of laminating a sandwich structure member obtained by laminating one layer or two or more layers of a unidirectional fiber-reinforced resin constituted from a unidirectional continuous fiber and a matrix resin on both surfaces of a core layer and one layer or two or more layers of a woven fiber-reinforced resin constituted from a woven fiber and a matrix resin such that the one layer or two or more layers of a woven fiber-reinforced resin are disposed on the design surface side of the unidirectional fiber-reinforced resin; and the resin member is not substantially exposed in a projection plane from the woven fiber-reinforced resin side.

  • Patent number: 8393264
Abstract: A press machine includes a cushion shaft, a press shaft, a motor, and a motor control device. The cushion shaft is connected to a lower die. The press shaft is connected to an upper die and configured to press a workpiece between the upper die and the lower die in cooperation with the cushion shaft. The motor is configured to drive the upper die. The motor control device is configured to control the motor and includes a disturbance observer and an intrusion detector. The disturbance observer is configured to calculate an estimated disturbance value with respect to the motor based on a torque command and a motor velocity of the motor. The intrusion detector is configured to detect, based on the estimated disturbance value, a state of a foreign object between the press shaft and the cushion shaft.
