  • Patent number: 6727571
Abstract: A spiral coil pattern is formed on a substantially rectangular insulation substrate of an inductor by photolithography. In the coil pattern, the electrode width of a portion of the pattern provided in the vicinity of the right short side of the substrate so as to be substantially parallel to the short side is wider than the electrode width of the other portion of the pattern. The interelectrode spacing of a portion of the pattern is wider than the interelectrode spacing of the other portion of the pattern. When the inductance of the inductor is required to be reduced to make the inductance a desired inductance value, the electrode width of the portion of the coil pattern is made wider in the inner direction of the coil pattern than the original electrode width.

  • Patent number: 6247595
Abstract: A flat tablet case (A) is assembled by joining together a bottom half case (30) having the shape of a rectangular tray and a top half case (10) having the shape of a rectangular tray. A plurality of studs (21 to 25) are formed on the inner surface of the top half case (10), and a plurality of sockets (41 to 45) are formed on the inner surface the bottom half case (30). A hinged cap (50) is formed integrally with the bottom half case (30) in a section of the side wall (31) excluding corners. The hinged cap (50) is provided on its opposite side surfaces with projections (53, 54) which are engaged with and disengaged from cap holding structures (35, 36) formed on the bottom half case (30).

  • Patent number: 6219287
Abstract: The address generation circuit 10 generates the address in which the fail data is stored. The logical circuit 15 comprises: when the address is inputted, a circuit to delay the address by a predetermined constant time; a circuit to output the selection signal which is the binary level signal; and a circuit to output the signal inputted from the address generation circuit 10 or the signal inputted from the pipe line circuit, corresponding to the value of the selection signal. When the address is inputted, the memory array 16 outputs the fail data stored in the address of the memory units A -D, or writes the inputted fail data in address of the memory units A -D. The OR circuit 70 OR-operates a plurality of inputted fail data, and outputs to the memory array 16.

  • Patent number: 6049898
Abstract: A failure-data storage system is disclosed which is able to prepare data accumulated from a multiple data bit device test. Failure-data from the memory tester 1 is, before being stored in memory IC 6, logically added to one previous cycle failure-data with the same address by OR gate 12, and the result is input to F/F 13. The output of the F/F 13 is input to memory IC 6 when 3 state buffer 14 is in an enabled state and is fed back to the OR gate 12. Furthermore, each of the data bit of memory IC has data controller 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and 10-4 as explained above.

  • Patent number: 5884345
Abstract: A sanitary device for washing private parts of a person sitting on a toilet bowl includes a first nozzle positioned within the toilet bowl and having a main passage and an auxiliary passage. The main passage has at least one main aperture and the auxiliary passage has at least one auxiliary aperture, the main and auxiliary apertures being located at a distal end of the first nozzle and being directed to a private part of a person sitting on the toilet bowl. A second nozzle is positioned within the toilet bowl and has a third passage having at least one third aperture located at a distal end of the second nozzle and being directed to another private part of a person sitting on the toilet bowl. A regulating device is fluidically disposed between a supply of water under pressure and each of the main passage, the auxiliary passage and the third passage for establishing a variable degree of fluid communication between the water supply and at least one of the main, auxiliary and third passages.

  • Patent number: 4762605
Abstract: A limited current type oxygen sensor comprises a solid electrolyte element formed from material having high oxygen-ion conductivity such as yittria-stabilized zirconia. Electrodes are provided on the top surface and the bottom surface of the element and are formed by calcining a mixture of small ceramic particles that are relatively sinter-retardant as compared with oxygen-ion conducting ceramics, of 200 .ANG. in average particle size fine precious metal particles, and a binder. A cover is provided over the second electrode and the cover includes at least one diffusion orifice that permits ambient gas to diffuse toward the second electrode.
