    Abstract: A phase adjustment circuit includes a comparator circuit and a synchronization circuit. The comparator circuit compares, with respect to each of multiple lanes, a common reference clock signal fed to each lane with first and second transmission clock signals each of which is in antiphase and is generated in each lane. The synchronization circuit synchronizes, with respect to each lane, data distributed to each lane with one of the first and second transmission clock signals, wherein a phase difference between the one of the first and second transmission clock signals and the reference clock signal is smaller than a phase difference between the other of the first and second transmission clock signals and the reference clock signal.
