  • Patent number: 6808160
Abstract: According to the present invention, a cylindrical member of a solenoid valve is provided with a protruding portion that protrudes in an axial direction of the cylindrical member. By fitting the protruding portion into a vertical groove of a plunger, it is possible to restrict the cylindrical member from moving in a peripheral direction of the plunger. Therefore, it is possible to prevent change of the flow path that passes the plunger and the vertical groove, as well as to prevent variation in a sliding speed of the plunger or the like. As a result, a fluid pulsation reduction effect is obtained.

  • Patent number: 6364431
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve has a plunger as an armature of an electromagnetic actuator and a ball as a movable valve member. The plunger and the ball are separated to permit the ball to move freely in response to a pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet when the coil attracts the plunger. If the plunger undesirably moves by a pressure difference between both ends of the plunger, the ball can keep a closing condition during a suction pressure that is higher than a pressure in the inlet. Therefore, an undesired communication between a master reservoir and a pump is avoided.

  • Patent number: 5283027
Abstract: An acoustic diaphragm is manufactured from a film of para-orientation aromatic polyamide through a molding process. In the molding process, the die for the molding process is heated to a predetermined temperature and then the molding press is conducted onto the film of para-orientation aromatic polyamide. The combination of the dies and film are cooled into about 80.degree. C. and then the clamping of dies is released to take the pressed film off.
