  • Patent number: 9281795
Abstract: An acoustic signal's high frequency component extracted by an HPF 13 is multiplied in a multiplier 16 by the first coefficient to control the level of the high frequency component. The first coefficient is generated by a coefficient generation portion 21 in accordance with the full band level of an output signal. A low frequency component extracted by an LPF 15 is multiplied in a multiplier 17 by the second coefficient to control the level of the low frequency component. The second coefficient is generated by a coefficient generation portion 24 in accordance with the level of the output signal's low frequency component extracted by an LP filter 22. The level control of the low frequency component of the output signal and the level control of the high frequency component of the output signal are done separately, resulting in the loudness control which is suitable for the characteristic of the acoustic signal.

  • Publication number: 20150351602
Abstract: The present invention is a method for manufacturing cleaning members obtained by cutting multi-layer webs formed by: spreading fiber bundles, the lengthwise directions of which are parallel to the direction in which said fiber bundles are conveyed; and layering together at least the spread fiber bundles and non-woven fabric strips. Said method includes a step in which, before spreading, two or more fiber bundles are joined together, forming one or more join sections. Said joins are performed by joining the back end (with respect to the conveyance direction) of one fiber bundle to the front end (with respect to the conveyance direction) of the next fiber bundle.

Abstract: Provided are a metal/CFRP composite structure which has lightweight and high strength by combining hot-pressed metal material(s) and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) material(s), and its manufacturing method and apparatus. A metal blank material is heated to a temperature at which quenching is possible to obtain a first intermediate product quenched by hot-pressing. The first intermediate product, and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) prepreg comprising carbon fiber and uncured thermoset plastic are set into CFRP forming dies followed by press-forming the prepreg to obtain a secondary intermediate product having the CFRP in intimate contact with a surface of the first intermediate product. The CFRP and the first intermediate product are firmly adhered together by thermal curing of thermoset plastic located in the boundary of the CFRP and the first intermediate product, by subjecting the thermoset plastic contained in the CFRP prepreg to thermal curing.
