  • Patent number: 8514293
Abstract: A moving image processing device includes a recognition unit, a parameter control unit, and an image processing unit. The recognition unit recognizes a moving object region or a still object region from a captured image. The parameter control unit determines a parameter for image processing of any of a color, a tone, an edge, and a noise. The image processing unit performs image processing to the captured image according to the parameter for the image processing. In this case, the image processing unit performs the image processing to all or a part of the moving object region and all or a part of the still object region, using different parameters.

  • Patent number: 8055071
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes an image input section, an image segmenting section, a correcting section and a determining section. The image input section loads an input image data. The image segmenting section segments the image data into a main area containing an image of a main subject and a non-main area other than the main area. The correcting section corrects a color of the main area based on a color of the non-main area. The determining section determines a variance of hue of the non-main area. In the above-stated constitution, the correcting section enhances the correction of the color of the main area when the variance of hue of the non-main area is small compared to a case when the variance is large.

  • Patent number: 6538722
Abstract: A laser beam emitted from an exposure laser beam source has a uniform illuminance distribution after passing through a fly-eye lens selected according to the aperture stop. The exposure light is projected onto a reticle on which a predetermined pattern is formed, and the reticle pattern is projected onto a wafer by means of a projection optical system having a pupil filter inserted therein. A cleaning light beam branching off from the exposure light beam is projected through a beam splitter and a total reflection mirror onto the fly-eye lens located at a retraction position. A plane-parallel plate at the retraction position is irradiated with a cleaning light beam. The fly-eye lens and the plane-parallel plate are self-cleansed by the cleaning light beam, so that the transmissivity is kept higher than a predetermined value during standby.
