Abstract: An apparatus information acquisition unit 444 acquires information representative of a limitation relating to viewing or recording of a broadcasting program in regard to each of a plurality of recording apparatus. An operation detection unit 44 accepts a user operation which designates a recording target program. The control device determines a room temperature sensor disposed in any of the air-conditioned spaces on which an air-conditioning starting operation is performed by the controllers by using sensor setting information in which the air-conditioned spaces and the room temperature sensors are associated with each other. The air conditioner includes an air-conditioning control degree calculating unit that calculates a degree of control of the air conditioner on the basis of a room temperature detected by the room temperature sensor determined by the control device.

On condition that a process included in the data processing can be executed by different kinds of processing units provided in a target device, process-executing functions for executing the process by the respective processing units are held in the process-executing function database, and data-transfer functions therefor are held in the data-transfer function database. Which processing unit to use for executing the process can be selected by the GUI part. The program-creating part reads a process-executing function corresponding to the processing unit thus selected, and data-transfer functions and creates a program for making a target device execute the intended data processing.
