The cover member is formed with a plurality of jet holes as through-holes communicating with the oil passage, and the plurality of jet holes are oriented in the same direction as an axial direction of the motor. The oil passage is formed in an annular shape as viewed in the axial direction of the electric motor. The cover member is formed with a second oil passage for supplying the oil to a rotary shaft of the electric motor. Such cooling structure efficiently cools the electric motor while suppressing processing cost with a simple oil passage structure.
