  • Patent number: 4636677
Abstract: In a brushless motor comprising a stator portion having a stator yoke on which a plurality of drive coils are mounted, and a rotor portion having a rotor yoke on which a ring-like rotor magnet is mounted, the rotor portion being arranged to be rotated by interaction between a current flowing in the drive coils and magnetic flux generated from the rotor magnet, disclosed is a drive coil structure provided with coil holders formed on the stator yoke through outsert molding for respectively positioning the drive coils on the stator yoke, and a protrusion respectively formed on each of the coil holders at its end surface opposed to the rotor magnet for preventing the drive coil from coming loose.

  • Patent number: 4606223
Abstract: A device for detecting rotating speed of a thin shape motor including a vertical shaft rotatably supported on a base plate, a rotor of a planar shape secured to the vertical shaft in a spaced apart relation from the base plate, and a stator provided downwardly from the rotor on the base plate, comprises a rotatable disc of a diameter smaller than that of the rotor secured to the vertical shaft and having speed detecting indices on a peripheral surface thereof, and a luminous element and a light-receiving element provided outwardly of the rotor. A light-projecting optical fiber and a light-receiving optical fiber are further provided to extend along the base plate such that one end of the light-projecting optical fiber is located to oppose the luminous element, while one end of the light-receiving optical fiber is located to oppose the light-receiving element, and that the other ends of the two optical fibers are placed in opposition to the peripheral surface of the rotatable disc.

  • Patent number: 4117516
Abstract: A deflection yoke includes at least three positioning units mounted on one end of a coil separator having its other end secured against the neck of a cathode ray tube, the units permitting an adjustment in the orientation of the deflection yoke relative to the tube axis when fixedly mounting the yoke about the tube while maintaining it spaced from the tube wall. Each of the positioning unit comprises a support plate secured to the one end of the coil separator, and a threaded bolt adjustably and threadably engaging the support plate and having its free end held in abutment against the tube wall. Relative adjustment of the threaded bolts enables the axis of the deflection yoke to be disposed at a desired orientation with respect to the tube axis.
