Abstract: An optical path of image displaying light projected from an image displaying face of a display element is changed by a combiner, which is to be arranged in front of an observer. A virtual image, that is a subject of observation, is formed in front of the combiner. An optical component facing the image displaying face is provided so that the image displaying light is introduced to the combiner. The optical component is capable of diverging incident light.

Abstract: A second supporting section installed detachably on a supporting surface is connected to a first supporting section installed detachably on a head-up display, such that the supporting sections can move relative to each other. Receiving sections provided on the under side of the head-up display comprises receiving surface. The receiving surface faces the under side of the head-up display via a gap. The first supporting section comprises a inserting section. The inserting section is forced removably along the under side of the head-up display into the gap between the receiving surface and the under side of the head-up display. By means of the force fit of the inserting section into the gap, the under side of the head-up display engages with the upper surface of the first supporting section.

Abstract: The position an orientation of an input device body in the actual space are sensed. The manipulated variable of an operating member, which is present in the actual space so as to be operated without changing the position and orientation of the input device body, is sensed. A pointing image is generated on a screen according to the position and orientation of the input device body and the manipulated variable of the operating member. The point indicated by the pointing image on the screen is changed according to the change of the position and orientation of the input device body and the change of the manipulated variable of the operating member.
